We typically provide starter paper products, but your note about the thin rolls and limited quantity is valid — I’ve shared this with our operations team and we will increase both the amount and quality of starter supplies. Regarding the towel wash/dry requirement, I agree that expecting all towels to be laundered by a 10:00 AM checkout—especially for families—is not reasonable. We are reviewing our checkout instructions to make them more practical and family-friendly. I also apologize for the plumbing/sewage odor you had to endure. Maintenance addressed and repaired the issue the next day, but I’m sorry it impacted your stay. We’ve scheduled a follow-up inspection to prevent recurrence and ensure the home meets our standards.
