The condo is beautifully decorated and directly on the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. To check in, use the code on the door keypad, which activates at the exact check-in time. At the end of our stay, we received a text message asking us to text when we left the property. We received a text the very first morning checking to see how everything was going. They needed to change the batteries in the door keypad, so I believe his name was Tyler, text asking if it was okay to come by. He was very nice and represented the management company with professionalism. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Here's the downside: there is a cleaning fee; ours was 425. I don't know if it varies by the number of days you stay; we stayed one week. There are clean sheets on the beds, and towels in the closet. The condo has not been CLEANED in a very long time. This is obvious from the dust on the windows and ceiling fans. There was something visibly spilled in the oven, refrigerator, and on the floor that should have been addressed with a basic cleaning. I washed all of the dishes before using them. There are directions to wash the pool towels before you leave. 425 is a crazy amount to begin with, especially when paying a premium nightly price. So why am I being told to do laundry, and where is this money going if they aren’t cleaning? Anyway, we did enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
