Great place to stay, it is a beautiful house. The beach was quiet and not crowded. The pool was fantastic after swimming in the ocean all day. They had a big canopy to use on the beach and plenty of chairs. Walking distance to places to eat and a small convenience store to pick up a few items.

Beautiful house. Pool & hot tub a big hit with my grandchildren and the adults. Walking on the beach and the sunsets were amazing. Walking distance to the restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. Walmart near by to purchase groceries.

A Week of Fun Under One Roof

We had a great time at Mermaid's Lair. Everything we needed was under one roof: great kitchen, beds were comfortable, heated pool and hot tub. Sunny areas, shady areas and the beach was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and we wanted for nothing at the house. We would stay again!

Mermaids lair

This house is big and beautiful. Beautifully decorated. Extremely close walk to the beach. The pool area is great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mermaid Lairs is absolutely beautiful, we went on a family trip with 4 adult couples and it was perfect!! We had a few minor issues (as to be expected) and Seaside Property was right there to assist with no hesitation. Our only complaint would be the beds were way to soft and the pillows were bulky and to hard for our liking, but we were able to find normal pillows in the closet which helped.

We needed a bigger house this year and selected the Mermaid. Everything was great!!! The house was all that we expected. Plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were very warm. There was initially a shortage of beach chairs and the manager responded same day with more chairs. We had a great week. A+

Mermaids Lair- an unforgettable ocean front haven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house is an exquisite coastal retreat, offering breathtaking views and impeccable design. The home was super clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed a memorable week with our family of 8 adults and 7 year old child. Everyone enjoyed the spacious, beautifully designed home, the inviting outdoor area with its ideal sized pool, and the spectacular ocean just steps away. It had every amenity for an unforgettable stay. The chef's kitchen was stunning and well equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, a wide variety of cookware and kitchen essentials, and a dedicated ice machine that was an added bonus. For outdoor activities there were plenty of pool and beach toys, a canopy for shade and enough beach chairs for everyone. The house offers easy access to a variety of local restaurants, grocery stores and attractions of downtown Clearwater. The property management team was attentive and kept in touch making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely would like to return to IRB and stay at Mermaid's Lair!

Family vacation

Beautiful house. Sleeping accommodations weren’t enough for 10 adults. Bunk bed room was more for kids. The Queen sized beds were quite small. However there was a lot of spacein the house and the pool and beach location was awesome.
