BRAND NEW LUXURY VACATION HOME - 6 BEDROOM 4.5 BATHROOMS DIRECTLY ON THE SAND

Welcome to Blue Oasis, this beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views. On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen smart TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience. There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 14 (kids, teens, and adults). Very clean, great amenities, and you can’t beat the fact that it is right on the beach. Property managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful house & location

The house is beautiful and very well appointed, clean, well designed and modern. Beautiful views of the Gulf. Beach is easily accessible, white, soft sand everywhere—practically no seaweed, rocks or shells —just a perfect location. .

Perfect location!

The location of the house was perfect with plenty of room for 3 cars. The house was very clean and easy to access on check in day. Our family loved the paddle boards and kayak. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

Family vacation

Perfect in every way. Loads of beach and pool toys for children to choose. House well appointed with kitchen appliances and grill. Perfect location on beach, walking distance to restaurants and close to PIE airport. Our family of 12 - 8 adults, 2 teenagers and a 7 and 9 year old - enjoyed every minute of this beautiful clean house.

Fabulous Experience. Definitely a 10!

This property was exactly as billed and even better. It's a beautiful, well-appointed house that is literally just steps from the beach. The house was better equipped than any other beach house we have previously rented. The house is in excellent condition. Property management was extraordinary and highly responsive. The Pay it Forward Bar was a very nice touch. Thank you for a great stay.

This house and location is absolutely beautiful. The place is very large and spacious area and has direct access to the beach. It is an incredible place to stay and we have already booked it again for 2023.

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you could ask for for a family or large group vacation! The house has more than enough room for 10 people, the pool area gets some shade and overlooks the beach, and the beach is literally steps away with plenty of room for chairs, tents, and more!

Off season stay

Had a few hiccups but overall enjoyed our stay. Great location, very walkable. The property was clean and as described, and beds were very comfy. Similar to other reviewers, we had a number of hot water issues but the host mentioned they are replacing the whole system so hopefully that won't be an issue for others. Would stay here again, great for our family unit of 4 with 2 grandparents

Family Celebration

We had our kids and grandkids coming from three different cities and wanted to please everyone. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Walking distance to many food, bar and shopping options. The house was well stocked and plenty of beach toy options. We had a repair need during our visit and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Communications were easy. Having a sunset every night from your porch or beach seats is pretty wonderful.

Even better than the pictures!

This property was more than we were hoping for and even better than the pictures! Fully stocked with beach toys, toiletries, left over condiments, etc. and the Pay it Forward Bar was an awesome touch! Manager is very communicative and helpful as well. Look forward to coming back one day!!

Friends Trip

The house was great and we would definitely recommend it. The only glitch was some of the showers didn't always have enough hot water. Our stay and accomodations were amazing otherwise!

We liked it so much we just booked next years trip!

The Blue Oasis is just as nice and well-appointed as the photos show! The house was extremely clean and well-kept and the little extras like beach towels, chairs, toys and more helped us get into "vacation mode" right away. Alex was extremely responsive to every inquiry, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line is our little family unit of 6 adults and 2 children had such a nice stay I just booked next year's family vacation at the Blue Oasis again!!

Beautiful private location

This home is beautiful in a wonderful location but some minor updates need done. Big spacious balconies. The pool was very clean. Nice quiet area Overall 5 stars Clothes had to be dried at least three cycles. Ice maker did not work. Some mattresses were stained and some sheets had washed in stains. But we would return .., much better than other places we have rented in the Indian Rocks area.

Fabulous week!

So comfortable and spacious for our family group of 8 adults and 4 children under 6! Gorgeous pool and beach only steps away…so many wonderful memories made with our children and grandchildren. Beach house is true to photos and has every amenity you could want. Such gorgeous sunsets from spacious balconies. Property manager Alex was very responsive in answering every question or concern we had!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Location, location, location! This house is perfectly situated just off the main strip in Indian Rocks steps away from the ocean! We had a group of 12 (4 adults and 8 teenage boys ranging from 16-18) and never felt crowded in this home. All rooms are oversized and spacious! Great amenities including a wonderful pool and hot tub! The balconies overlooking the ocean were a favorite place to have dinner and drinks! Absolutely outstanding experience! Would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic Hours!

We had our yearly family trip and the house was perfect! We traveled with two kids and the house had baby gates and a high chair and even toys for the beach. The leave your extra drinks bar was a great way to get the weekend started without having to run to the store. Kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pans, spices etc. I would highly recommend.

Our second VRBO experience was as awesome as our first!

Where do I begin? If I could assign a 6 star rating, I would! We had a fantastically fun family vacation at this location! I don't have enough adjectives to fully describe our experience! The house is just as beautiful and clean in person as it looked in the VRBO photos! The beach decor is perfect! We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren staying at the house. Enough beds, bathrooms, beach & bath towels, playing/relaxing space for everyone! There is a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, but who had time for watching? Lots of amenities for the kids: beach toys and chairs, a wagon to take toys down to the beach, pool toys/floats, and puzzles inside. For the adults: a large stacked washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with lots of dishes/glasses/utensils, large refrigerator/freezer, griddle, crockpot, grill on the balcony covered deck, and a surprise pantry with an assortment of groceries left by the previous renters. The "pay it forward" bar was much appreciated, especially upon our arrival. Everyone enjoyed the chairs by the pool for sunbathing and on the balconies for a peaceful and relaxing view of the ocean beach and sunset, the heated pool and hot tub, and the white soft sand on the beach right out beyond the pool. The beach was not crowded, as it is located between two public accesses, so most people stayed close to those beach entry points. The water sports equipment (with life vests) was a hit! Having a place outside the pool to wash off sandy feet/bodies and a bathroom close to the pool (same level) were convenient! We had not rented a car, so having the house located within walking distance of Kooky Coconut (the fun sandwich/ice cream shoppe), CVS, Welcome Center, souvenir shop, and restaurants was perfect! Alex and Liz, our hosts, answered our emails and texts so quickily while we were in the planning stages, as well as when we arrived at the property. They were so helpful and patient answering all our questions! There were a few maintenance issues this year, but they were taken care of promptly! And I actually had a chance to meet "our host" Alex when he came over to fix the problems - such a nice guy! We enjoyed sunny days and gorgeous sunsets for our week at the beach! ;-) We would love to come back! We have soooo many memories that will last us a lifetime!
