amazing!!

La casa es espectacular, exactamente como se describe, limpia, espaciosa, acogedora, con una vista al mar increíble, con todo lo que se pueda necesitar en un hogar. La playa esta a 10 minutos caminando. La anfitriona es muy amable y Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Con seguridad la volveremos a visitar. La recomiendo 100%

I chose this place because there was an advertised heated pool and spa. It was more expensive than some but I wanted a heated pool. There was torn up furniture and chips in paint. It was advertised that it was brand new. I immediately took pics and aent them to owner. The grounds keeper told my family the pool heater and spa hasnt worked n a long time. So dissappointed because I could have gotten beach front or more bedrooms for less money

Clearwater Get Away

Property very clean, and great location! Sunrise was viewable from the balcony, and was an amazing place to have my morning coffe! Pool area with hot tub was great. TV and so many channels and options was amazing for the rainy time. Hostess was easily reached, and great to communicate with! Great fet away !!

Great Location

The place was wonderful. It was perfect for 6 adults. Within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurant. My in-laws who stayed with us enjoyed sitting on the balcony especially during sunrise and sunset.

Peaceful and Lovely March stay

This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood of Clearwater Beach within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The trolley stops nearby to avoid the traffic and parking issues closer to the roundabout area. The condo was so clean and is like pictured, felt like home. The pool was heated and the hot tub so relaxing. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by was a calm way to end each busy day. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive with any questions through the whole VRBO process.

Lovely condo, full of light and overlooking the harbor.

We were a family of five--two grandparents, two parents, and one 5 year old grandchild. The condo was a perfect size for us, with attractive and spacious rooms, and a beautiful view of the harbor. We were within walking distance of the beach, and of several casual restaurants, and within a short driving distance of many other restaurants, stores, a playground, and shopping. The Clearwater beach is beautiful and wide, and is great for digging for shells and sand play. I would definitely return.

Adult vacation

Easy access to the beach (within driving distance) to Sandy Key Beach. Bed were comfortable, very clean and new. We would come back again!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the condo, it is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a good location, on the quieter side of town, we enjoy walking so the location was great for us. Spacious balcony to relax on and look out at the bay. We mostly had the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was nice. Spent an afternoon in Dunedin which I would recommend.

Great location and perfect condo for family

We had such a great stay at this property. It was big and open and exactly what we were expecting from the pictures (except even bigger than we thought). The outdoor space was great, and the views phenomenal. We also really appreciated the covered spot that was included since we are not used to that heat and humidity! There were plenty of places to eat and shop, and it was about 10-15 minutes to get over to Pier 60 on foot (which is great since parking is crazy over there). Would definitely recommend!

Great place

Everything was as expected. The deck is huge and offers a great view of the intercoastal. The pool area looked great, but we didn’t use it due to weather. I would suggest additional comfortable seating in the great room area. The sectional couch was too small to accommodate more than a few people - we were a total of 4 and it was tight. If you have any more than that, some of your group will be watching tv on a counter stool or dining chair. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Gorgeous condo

The location is quiet, yet close to everything. The condo is beautiful and the balcony overlooking the water was so lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Lots of dishes, updated appliances and a spacious kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful place right on the water! Had everything you need for a great vacation. Close enough to walk or short Uber to the action but far enough away so you don’t hear all the noise and you feel like you are truly on vacation. Would definitely recommend this place. Spacious and very well maintained with a beautiful view! Communication with the host was immediate and very helpful.

Sister Weekend

My three sisters and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in February. The property was perfect for us, close to the beach (within a few minutes walk), close to restaurants and shops, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and drinking our coffee. The property was well equipped, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host, Victoria, was quick to answer any question. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us!

We are two newly retired couples looking for a clean and quiet place to unwind after beach/sightseeing. This condo was perfect for us! Bedrooms were nicely spaced apart to allow more privacy and the living area was spacious comfy! But we spent most of our time there on the balcony. The view was great and the balcony was a good size. Enjoyed both our morning coffee and evening beverages there. Have already recommended this condo to several friends!

Nice condo

I was pleased with this unit. The location was very convenient and we loved the balcony and the view from there. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There was even a pack and play which was a nice surprise. That should definitely be included in the list of amenities. My only disappointment was the fact that the floors weren't as clean as they should be. The 3 year old child who went barefoot around the condo always had very dirty feet. I would recommend this unit and I'd stay here again.
