Beautiful and amazing VRBO with comforts of home plus and a wonderful view of the ocean daily with the sounds and the sun! Definitely a 5 star location!

Did not have a working code for the gate to the beach. Tried getting one for 2 days before we were given one. You pay extra for this amenity and it’s very disappointing to not be able to get to the beach. The sofas need a good steam cleaning, they were very dirty. There were dead and live roaches. The portable ice maker on the counter had moldy water in it. There’s no light above the stair case and the steps are painted a deep blue so it’s difficult to see them at night. I took a tumble the first night we were there and had to deal with a sore swollen ankle the remainder of the trip.

We were offered to check in a day early which we declined, but then we were told we couldn't check in early due to maintenance. When we showed up the kitchen sink was taken apart and no one was there working on it. Biggest problem was we found dirty diapers in a drawer in one of the bedrooms! The owner, RealJoy rentals never responded to our complaint.The unit itself was beautiful and great location but RealJoy was anything but.

The property is just as listed. The view is awesome. We spend Thanksgiving in Destin every year and I think this unit is by far one of the best we have stayed in over the 18 years we've been traveling. Perfect area for kids and teens in the upstairs loft, stocked with a gaming system, games, gaming chairs, and a large TV. Two room upstairs with a total of 6 bunks. The rooms aren't that big but, enough space for sleeping. The two bedrooms downstairs are nice and spacious. The primary bedroom and bath has all the bells and whistles. We had a few issues, but they were taken care of quickly. I will definitely book again!

The condo was perfect for us, the kids and Grandkids. The condo was beautiful. The balcony was large enough to accommodate all of us. The gulf view was awesome. Everything was clean and ready for us. NICE JOB ! THANK YOU
