Wow! Make an early date to enjoy the best sound views in Frisco. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, spectacular Breezy Point offers 270-degree views of the Pamlico Sound, and the views get better with every step skyward. From this unique location, on a point of land extending into the Pamlico Sound, guests can enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the front porch and fabulous sunsets from the back deck. You can arrive at the best beaches in just minutes by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for easy windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four spacious bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the large deck with a hot tub and sound views. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. Wide sundecks, a screened porch, and a covered porch complete the second floor. The large, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous views of the sound, fabulous sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.

Beautiful home!

Best vacation house ever!

The views from every window are amazing! The house is spacious with plenty of seating. The open concept of the living area is great. Our gang loved fishing, crabbing and paddle boarding right off the dock out back. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. We took away some great memories and will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and private

This home is a gem, hidden behind a tall grove of trees and out of the way from other neighborhood traffic. Private porch in the front provides an unobstructed view of the sound, perfect for watching storms blow by. The back porches are perfect for the sunsets with and without the hot tub. The screened in porch is ideal for dining outside with shade. We love the comfort and space this home provides, it’s why we keep coming back.

Can't wait to return....

We absolutely loved the house, location, and views! Breezy Point is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony facing the sound. This house has everything you need and very spacious. Close to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and not too far from Hatteras Ferry Terminal, where you can catch the ferry to Ocracoke. We'll be back for sure, thank you!

Incredible Views!

We had a fabulous vacation with our kids & grandkids at Breezy Point. The views blew us away! A view from almost every window! We enjoyed the sunrises from one side of the house, sunsets from the other side, and the lights from Buxton & Avon from across the sound. We launched kayaks from the dock and we were a short drive to beach access. It was a very comfortable layout for our family; allowing time together but you could also find a quiet corner to get away. I did take away 1 star for the outdated appliances. (If I could have, it would only have been 1/2 a star). We would definitely stay here again!

Best location in the neighborhood, hands down.

Breath taking views of sunrise and sunset Plenty of breeze off the sound and no need for AC I would buy this home if it were available on the market. Home was built in 1993 and has held up fine in this island environment. Weathered decking could be a potential issue with splinters for younger kids. King and queen mattress are very firm and need a pillow topper. This only ask is that someone would have let me know what coffee filters that I needed or left a few behind for the next person.

Great house with enough room for everyone. Location was fantastic!

The views from this house are incredible! I mean breathtaking. House has separate spaces so everyone can have privacy if they so desire. Bathrooms are huge. Kitchen is very well appointed we brought a few cast iron pans, crockpot and food processor because no other vacation home we have stated in had them. This house had plenty of everything in the kitchen. We stayed 8/12 - 8/19 2017. The only thing the house needs is new furniture, the couches are worn out and new mattresses/pillows. Everyone needs to get a good night sleep after a day of water activities. If you're bringing a boat canal is very shallow but doable we had a 21 ft V bottom. Just be careful. Caught all different kinds of fish. Great experience overall!!!

The home is lovely and the view is incredible on every side! We will stay again.

So, I`ll start with the negatives and get them out of the way. We are a two car family when we travel and the parking is a little cramped for two vehicles.The home is a little dated and has some minor issues. For example, some door handles are hard to open, the carpet is worn in places, the king bed mattress was too hard for my liking, and there are some water leak issues. However, overall it is a lovely home and Hatteras Realty was quick to take care of blown light bulbs and screens that had blown out in the screened in patio without us having to ask.. There was plenty of room for the six of us in the house and we also had 3 extra guest for a couple of nights. The views are amazing on all sides of the home. The decks are spacious and being on the end of the street, there was very little traffic going by. The kids loved the upstairs lounge and spent most of their time up there. There is a half bath and two showers under the house. The kids loved that too! The hot tub is nice and great place to relax. Overall this is a very nice place to vacation. We will definitely rent here again!
