We had an amazing stay in Avon! The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked for our family and super dog-friendly. We loved the easy proximity to the beach, comfy beds, and having sheets and towels included. Communication with the rental company was excellent from start to finish.We took full advantage of the hot tub and especially appreciated its location on the second level, where the upper deck provided shade. The gate on the top-level deck was also great for the dogs—a gate on the second level would be a nice addition.One of our favorite memories was watching a meteor shower under the beautiful dark Avon skies. Our only tiny suggestions would be a few basic seasonings and a little more organization in the kitchen cabinets with pots, pans and sharper knives. But… Wow! What an amazing family vacation for all of us, including our big fur babies. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

Definitely a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat if we could. Furniture could use some updating but everything else is a charmer.

Start of summer 2025

House worked well for our 4 adult family. All mattresses were comfortable place was clean and super close to beach access. Will reserve again in the future.

You can’t beat the location to the beach. The house needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom has mold on ceiling, cobwebs and mold around inside edge of kitchen sink. Living room chairs need cleaning.

The outer banks are beautiful

This is a wonderful area and one can hear and see the ocean from the deck. Nice neighborhood and easy access to so many lovely villages. Plenty of dishes and pans etc. in the kitchen.

Great House & Location

We arrived to a very clean house, all beds already made, and the hot tub on and ready for use. Great location, beach access is directly across from the house. Four bedrooms on the first level would be great for family, with the master bedroom upstairs for parents or grandparents. We will rent this place again if we can.

Excellent stay

This is a lovely home, even nicer than the pictures. Very, very clean. Lots of space for everyone and just a few steps across the street to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful - we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean. The only issue we had was with mosquitos, so bug spray is a must.
