The view and size of the house were amazing. The beach was incredibly close and the pool was lovely. The house and pool do seem a tiny bit dated but nothing marred our enjoyment.

We had a great time at this property. With 13 adults and two small children, we all slept comfortably in our own rooms. Everyone also had their own bathroomLots of great kitchen gear to use to prepare food for such a large party, which is always a concern whenever we stay in a rental. No concerns on that front.Between the pool, the hot tub, and the proximity to the beach, this rental was excellent. Would definitely return.The only gripe I have is that there weren't any spare towels or bathroom products. We (my entire party) could have used more of both, and needed them early into the stay. So bring spare products along or ask for more up front!All in all, a great property to make for an awesome vacation.

Place was great for a group of 10. The location is fantastic...only a 1 minute walk and you're on the beach. The beach is wide and wonderful. Lots of shells to collect. You can also have fires on the beach if you go down to the lighthouse. Its free. There is also beach access for vehicles nearby. Not sure if you need a permit to do that. We were doing fishing charters and the location for that was fantastic. 4 minute drive to the marinas.The house is well equipped for cooking and dining. There are 2 dishwashers in the kitchen, so cleanup for large groups is easy. Theres a bar downstairs with sink, fridge and dishwasher. Theres also a pool table and pac man table video game.There was also an elevator which one of group used due to a disability. All of the beds were comfortable. The decks were overlooking the beach and a great place to hang out if it was breezy. If it was still the mosquitos were bad.We didnt use the pool but the hot tub was great. The rental company was great. They kept us advised via text of the weather situation and things like when to put out the trash.Overall I'd definitely recommend the place if you have a large group.

Overall the house was ok. The location is nice and there is ample parking. It could use some upgrades but there was enough space for all the family.

Great family beach house!

We had an amazing time in this house! We were a small group for the giant house but the open kitchen/great room with deck view of the ocean was so perfect. Great service. Walk right to private beach and .25 to every shop. Could not have asked for more!

Great retreat

We used this property for a home base for our race team (9 adults). It was a great oceanfront retreat. Everyone had plenty of private space with large, open common areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect! Checkout instructions were clear & easy. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a family reunion

House was ideal. It had everything you could possibly want or need for a week at the OBX. The facilities were clean and neat, the appliances all worked flawlessly and the elevator was a wonderful addition for some of our older invitees. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Hatteras2021!

We love this place! The house is big enough for us all to be under one roof (which is perfect for this mom of all grown kids) and still have our own space! The beach is fantastic! I just wish the top deck was a little higher so we could see over the dune in front of the house…. But we love it and are already counting the days until our next visit!

Great view and property!

Just got home from a Great week! Everyone loved the rental and plenty of room for everyone! We had 1 issue pop up and the owner had it taken care of within a few hours. Thank You! If we head back next year I will be looking to see if it is available again!

What's Not To Like?

Great location, great features, great views, accommodations, amenities, management company, cleanliness, updated......................great everything! All 23 of us, kids, their spouses, and all the grandkids, had a ball, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

Very Nice

Very nice house on the oceanfront. Easily accommodated our extended family group. The only real negative was the cookware, specifically the frying pans. They were beyond their useful life. Personally, I would replace all of them but one.

Outer Banks Stat 2029

The house we rented was a bit outdated, but the bigger issue was that it was not clean. Lights did not work, the microwave in the kitchen was broken and there was mold in the refrigerator ice dispenser. If the house was clean and things were not broken, would have been a much nicer rental.

Down by the sea

Location was great. The house could use some TLC. Issues with the elevator when we got there and it was fixed the next day but not great for loading in. Drains could use attention Dishwasher on island is not attached to the counter correctly and the heavy door is dangerous. Two people hurt their feet. Bathroom towel racks missing and ice maker in kitchen didn’t work Some minor work on these areas would make a good experience great!

The house was in an excellent area. The house wasn't swept up too good. The top balcony railing over looking the pool is loose. The door in the lower bedroom going to the hot tub will not lock. The rubber around it was not all on. The guests that were there before us did not take the garbage cans to the curb. They also had one garbage can that was broke with a chair in it. We did not take that one up due to it being broke.
