Great location. Had a wonderful stay.

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful trip. The home fit our needs, and we would recommend to those looking for a place that’s close to the beach, and has good amenities.

Beautiful home, reasonable price, short walk to the beach

I loved that we had bedrooms for everyone. I loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable home.

Loved our stay here! Plenty of cookware, plates and silverware in the kitchen. Lots of towels as well. The outdoor shower head had very little water pressure, so I notified the management company and they got someone out that day to repair it. We will definitely be back!

The set up was great, the washer and dryer didn’t work. No pool and it wasn’t oceanfront. We truly liked the site.

Great large family reunion home

This house is great for large multi family gatherings. The layout is great with bedrooms upstairs and down. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus. This home has sooooo many outdoor amenities!! Corn hole, boogie board, surf boards, sand toys, multi beach chairs, sun umbrella and bikes.

Great space

Our whole group loved the extra ice maker. You wouldn't think to put this on the list of must haves but when you have a 12+ group you can run out of ice quickly just using the fridge ice. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have stayed in. Plenty of towels, another plus. Quick walk to the beach. Everything we look for in a rental! Highly recommend

This house was a great fit for our family as far as bedrooms and baths, but the cleanliness was not good. Ex. Dog hair was especially bad in one bedroom, ants in the master bedroom, carpet was nasty, front porch chairs were mildewed, upper deck was pulling away from house leaving a large gap between house and deck (unsafe), area behind house not been kept up. House is very dated, dresser drawers were broken and not all usable, toilet seats needed replacing, shower heads loose, toilet down stairs would not flush. On the accommodating side this house fit our family perfectly but has so many issues, we will not return nor recommend this house. We have found another house for next year with a pool and same size for 1000 cheaper. House overpriced too. Also we were charged 823.08 just for VRBO - For What? Ridiculous. Not going to rent VRBO any longer.

Big Enough But Not Clean Enough!

This house was plenty big enough to accommodate my large family. Everyone felt at ease in their own space, and the kids' room was a blast for the cousins. We spent a lot of time rocking on the front porch in the evenings. My biggest issue with the house was the feeling of cleanliness. Crumbs and dirt from previous tenants gave us a negative vibe. We needed to purchase things like washcloths for the bathrooms and dish rags and towels to use while we were there. I also had to mop the floor with a broken mop we found in the top of a closet. It's that kind of thing that made our stay less than pleasant.

The house was excellent. Lots of room in the house. Two decks. A dedicated ice maker, which was a game changer. Large kitchen with two pantries.

We had 16 people in a ton of space. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more very happy with our stay.
