The Space:

Get ready for a fun Big Bear getaway! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath mountain retreat offers 2,264 sq ft of space, right next door to Meadow Park.



Living room: rich hardwood floors, wood-beam ceilings, a cozy wood-burning stove and smart TVs.



Kitchen: fully equipped, with stainless appliances, an ice maker, a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker, plus a farmhouse dining table.



Primary suite: King bed and a private balcony.



Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds and a twin.



Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.



Game room: full-size pool table, a bunk bed, a sectional sofa and a smart TV.



Outdoors: private hot tub, a deck with a natural gas BBQ, and a fully fenced backyard. Step out the back gate into Meadow Park, with tennis, pickleball and a playground.

Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, hot tub, deck and fenced backyard are yours. Parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway (no garage or street parking).



The Neighborhood:

Right next door to Meadow Park, with tennis, pickleball, a playground and picnic areas, plus a front-row seat for the 4th of July fireworks. Minutes to the Village shops and restaurants, the lake and marina, and Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around. The Village, the lake and Snow Summit are all a few minutes' drive. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

Exterior security cameras. We have 2 exterior cameras on property for safety. We have one on the doorbell facing street. We have the second camera on sliding door facing deck. No cameras inside the cabin.



We don't provide firewood; Duraflame logs light easily. The BBQ runs on natural gas, so there are no tanks to refill. Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the Garstin Rd trash site (41970 Garstin Rd).

We give you complete privacy during your stay with contactless self check-in. We're available anytime by message through the app and respond quickly, and our local team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention.
