Regency Isle Unit #509...You will love the spacious 300 square foot balcony in this condo! The ocean view is what it's all about...right? Well, you'll get the BEST here!

Our condo is very open with over 1300 square feet of living. That's much larger than most 2 bedroom condos! The large, open kitchen has a fantastic view of the gulf as well! You will really enjoy cooking in this kitchen! And, there is a wet bar for making cocktails! The living room is very spacious with fabulous views and a new smart TV! The seating is very comfortable too! And, free wifi!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath and an entrance to the gulf-front balcony and a new smart TV. The Guest Room has two full-sized beds with an adjoining bath. We also have a half bath and full sized washer and dryer! So nice!!

Th condo was beautifully decorated with a lot of space. The master bath was a nice size with double sinks, walk-in closet with a dresser, and a tub and shower. The beds were so comfortable.

Great place to stay! Especially with kiddos. Minimal decor, which is great for little hands! Wonderful views and hosts were easy to get ahold of and talk to if needed! Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay

Love the short walk to FloraBama bar and the view from the balcony if beautiful! We saw dolphins every day. Overall a great stay and perfect location for us
