Phoenix 6 Unit #1404...Create lasting memories in our beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a 2 high boy adirondack chairs and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Do you plan to watch the big game or your favorite movies while on vacation? If so, we have a 46" flat screen television in the living room for your viewing pleasure! If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! And, as an added feature, we have a beverage fridge and wet bar for your use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Very clean place......finally

After staying in various short term rentals, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo and the entire complex. We had a very nice time and will be renting with them again.

Perfect!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and the condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, right by the beach, very clean. Excellent communication and easy check in process.

Nice Property

Condo was nice and in a very convenient location. Building amenities were nice too. Having a parking spot in the parking garage was a bonus! I would stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

Super clean, decorated beautifully - we loved this place!!! Being able to listen to the ocean with the patio doors open was heavenly. We really hope to return next year!

Fall break with toddlers

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Check in was easy and smooth and the condo was immaculately clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the balcony itself was a great size. We didn’t end up going through the “starter pack” of supplies and we appreciated that they gave us the basics! The location is great, close to a variety of restaurants and Publix if you prefer to cook. The condos pool is huge so it never felt over crowded and there were always open chairs. We spent some time in the indoor pool while it rained and that was nice too. The gym is a bit sparse, but adequate for a condo gym. The condo itself was bright and airy, felt very homey and welcoming. We had a great time and will absolutely book again in the future.

Had a great stay here for spring break. Quiet location. Clean. Close to restaurants. The view was wonderful. Friendly staff. Host was wonderful!!

Great location for BEACH and BASEBALL!

We participated in the Perfect Game Gulf Coast World Series and we’re SO happy to come back to a perfectly decorated condo that had a well stocked kitchen, a covered parking space, and pool and beach access. Our 2nd Phoenix condo stay and I’m deleted the others from my file because this is the one! I also worked while there and got quick help with internet from host - which was SO appreciated.

Nicest condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Loved the covered parking with our own parking place! The kitchen was stocked very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints were the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very dirty/dusty & the vent/fan did not work properly in the master bath. Loved the wet bar also!!

We had a week to enjoy the area and relax a bit. We are both 76 and the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight every day. Great food choices in the area and we enjoyed every meal. The condo was delightful, comfortable and spotless. We look forward to returning as often as we can. Wonderful week!

Great spot at Orange Beach

Great condo at Orange Beach- recently renovated. Building is beachfront and convenient to restaurants and activities in town. Condo was clean and has a great view.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!!

We were in town for the Sand in My Boots festival. The location of the condo was perfect! It was far enough away from the festival crowds and traffic, but had a shuttle stop right at the condo that made transportation a breeze. This newly remodeled unit is decorated beautifully with all the comforts of home. The designated underground parking spot was a definite bonus too. Communication from the rental agency for the check-in and check-out process was excellent! Loved that they even provided recommendations on restaurants and other activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo. The description was spot on. Everything feom the booking, checkin, and check outbwas seamless. We enjoyed it so much we added an extra day to our stay! We will definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Came to the beach for a baseball tournament. Enjoyed the property and the cleanliness of it. Our boys joined us after the tournament was over. They had their own room with 2 beds, which was great. Loved the balcony as I was able to work from there and hear the ocean. Loves the private, covered parking space as well! Out of all the places we have stayed previously, this is one place we all 4 agreed was our favorite.
