Phoenix 6 Unit #1404...Create lasting memories in our beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a 2 high boy adirondack chairs and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Do you plan to watch the big game or your favorite movies while on vacation? If so, we have a 46" flat screen television in the living room for your viewing pleasure! If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! And, as an added feature, we have a beverage fridge and wet bar for your use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Great Location on Orange Beach

Great location on the beach. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo was extremely clean with all the amenities one would need.

Fall break with toddlers

Had a great week at the beach with our toddlers. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Would recommend.

Great Stay

The stay was wonderful. The condo was just as discribed. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful with questions about resturants, etc. I was glad we had underground parking a definite plus. The beach is always awesome not crowded im sure due to the time of year. dergr

Condo was nice and in a very convenient location. Building amenities were nice too. Having a parking spot in the parking garage was a bonus! I would stay here again!

Wonderful condo and location in OB!

Our family loved this condo and location in Orange Beach! The check in process was easy; it was very nice to have covered parking and a designated parking spot; we loved having the 2 rooms and bathrooms separated in the condo by the kitchen and living area; and the balcony was a favorite place of ours! We spent a lot of time out there! During the week it’s a lot quieter than the weekend of course. Lots of fun things to do in the area with kids; great restaurants; and the beach was wonderful! We used Ike’s Beach Service each day and that was super convenient. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and it was nice having an indoor pool area when it rained or got super hot. We would definitely book here again!

Beach Journey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thought that the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The condo was roomy and nicely decorated.

Great condo great beach

The condo itself is clean and nicely appointed with amenities. Beach access is easy and convenient. Check-in process was straightforward. Communication with the owner was proactive, complete and also very straightforward. It was just a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely use this condo again in the future.

Perfect accommodations for a family

Worked great for our family of 6. Our children are small so the second bedroom with 2 full beds was fine, and direct access to the beach and pools couldn't have been better.

We loved this unit. Perfect for our family. Amazing view from patio. Everything has been updated and the kids loved it! Would definitely love to come back.
