Kitchen barely has anything... neighbors were loud all night... stove didnt work and air condition was poor. Parking is a joke. Not the best to stay but is close to everything.

Parking was easy and secure. Host was very responsive. Good value for money. Only issue were other guests in building being loud and chaotic but this was beyond the host's fault. Property was clean, check in process was easy. Could use some better cooking equipment but otherwise, great experience and value.

This was the worst experience my family has ever had with a VRBO. There were ants all over the apartment when we checked in and the host was not responsive until the middle of the morning the next day. There is water damage and when it rained the interior wall was damp. It has a convenient location and is cheap but the condition and lack of response from the host make it a stay away. I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Overall our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. We asked about an early check-in ahead of time and were told that would be fine, but when we arrived the apartment was not ready yet. Parking was also a challenge. Our designated parking spot was taken by someone else, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest and could definitely use some improvement.

Only 1 fork and 3 extra large spoons available. No normal size glasses. Only 1 closet with 2 hangers available. No hot water in the shower. The tenants above us had incredibly squeaky floors that woke us often. I messaged, texted and called- but never received a response from the host. So I bought them hangers, tumblers, and purchased my own silverware. The oven door is not connected to the oven. No toaster nor garage as advertised. We could have used an iron and ironing board had they had one as well. We did feel safe with the automatic door lock. We loved all the purple and rainbows.

For the price it was a good place to stay. I had messaged the host right when we got there that the toilet seat was broken. They didn’t respond so the next morning I saw there was a number to text. I I told them that the toilet seat was broken and that the Wi-Fi had stopped working. They responded quickly and said they would get it fixed. I told them we would be gone pretty much all day so anyone could go in. We got back early evening. Neither situation was fixed. They text to see how things were going and I told them they weren’t fixed and sent them a video they later told me that the property manager “ went to the wrong apartment” but then miraculously 20 minutes later, the Wi-Fi was restored. When we were cleaning up to leave, I found glasses and dirty underwear underneath the bed. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and the parking spot is so overgrown passengers couldn’t get out of my vehicle.

It took us about 20 minutes to get in because we were given the wrong access code to get into the unit. The code was correct according to our host, but their cleaning crew did not set the code correctly after cleaning up the previous stay. I had to call Vrbo support in order to get in contact with the host, as their number was not provided, and they did not respond promptly in the Vrbo messaging system.The place looked like the pictures, but it was a lot older of a building than it seems, and there were many issues exemplifying that. The bathtub wall panel was pulling from the wall, the floors are extremely uneven and creaky, and the stairs leading to the apartment were a little rough. It was generally clean, but little spaces like behind curtains were extremely dusty and filled with cobwebs and lots of ladybugs. The floors were not cleaned well, as my socks were extremely dirty on the bottom just from walking around Host also asked us to sweep with a broom that was not there?The kitchen window was open when we arrived, but would not lock when we tried to close it, which was worrisome. Lastly, the oven door completely broke while we tried to make pizza. We opened the door, and one of the hinges that is supposed to bend when opening/closing would not bend into place and completely detached from the oven. The host responded quickly and apologized for the incident, but it really did feel like a cherry on top. Overall, it was a place to stay, but just not up to our standards.
