Good parking and location to downtown, 5 to 15 min drive to everything in St Louis. Went for a concert and worked perfect.

Worst beds I’ve ever slept in. Do not stay here if you want to sleep at night. I can overlook a lot if the beds are clean and comfortable. The master bed is so old and crushed down that if you lay in the very middle and roll, you literally roll downhill on the sides. There are two massive craters on each side so your feet and head are also higher than your midsection. We moved to the other bed on night two and it is so hard it’s like sleeping on a taut rubber band. It’s also just dirty and poorly redone. I love this neighborhood and stay in it every time I come to St. Louis - 2-3x a year. Some of these old brownstones are amazingly redone. This one isn’t. The floor is uneven and has holes. The electrical outlets are missing plates and dangerous. There are holes in the ceiling, and I could even overlook that if it was clean. It isn’t. The one thing I can say positively is there was an ice back yard for the dog, but again, the patio door has a huge hole in it so that is also odd.

Great location for visiting local attractions. Very pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. It is an older property, but very clean. Host was quick to reply for any questions. Parking out front was no problem.

Definitely a nice amount of space. My only thing is the mattress stains the boxspring is very ancient. Pulled the sheets up and quickly realized to not proceed as my money was spent, I was in a far away place and going any further wouldn’t shot my anxiety through the roof along with my paranoia. The building is old but the pet hair all on the couch was insane. The dead pest in the window seals were another thing but hey it kept my family safe hundreds of miles away from home

Linens were supposed to be provided, but there was only enough for the 2 beds, and we booked for 5. Host never responded to our questions about this. Property was clean, but falling apart. There were large holes in the floor that decorative items were placed over to hide. The ceilings looked as if they were about to fall in. There isn't enough room to move in the shower unless you're a very skinny person (we are not). Pluses were the place was definitely clean, and since we were only there to sleep and shower, it did it's job. Definitely in need of major repairs.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

This was a comfortable place to stay and fit our family very well. It is an older home but has all the necessities plus a large fenced yard for pets.

The neighborhood was very friendly, a great place to walk your pets. The location was close to a lot of attractions, and things to do.

Homey and unique

Absolutely loved this place. Very unique in a nice area and within walking distance of some fun bars/restaurants. We felt very at home and the owner is so nice and responds quickly!

Great space and location!

This place was perfect for us. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was perfect for her! The location was awesome. Short drive to the baseball stadium and downtown. Host is super responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay!
