Oxford Court is a gem of a building situated on the namesake Beaver Creek just steps from the Village core. It is a short walk to everything, although Oxford is so comfortable some never leave the premises! #206 faces the Strawberry ski terrain and is approximately 1300 square feet with two bedrooms (one king + two queens), two full baths en suite (one with whirlpool), fully equipped open kitchen / living area with leather seating and lots of light, gas fireplace, three flat screens with cable / Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, decorated in a mountain chic style. Underground, reserved parking is convenient, as are your private ski lockers adjacent to the ski in/out doorway on the ground level. Ski out to chair #14 and ski in via the Oxford skier bridge. After the slopes, you will find the always-heated pool refreshing, especially after catching snowflakes in the hot tub. If skiing wasn't enough, Oxford's gym will finish you off. The Village restaurants and cafes, bars, ice skating, shops, and arts are delightful for the entire family and highly walkable. You will come back.

Well Located Condo

My wife and two son's enjoyed a week in this well located well maintained condo. We bought groceries and cooked most of our family meals in the kitchen. Having a washer dryer in the condo was very handy. The condo has a parking space in the underground garage and a storage locker which is convenient for storing ski equipment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic weekend at Gerry’s place!

Everything about our stay was great. The location is perfect, lots of space and the unit is well appointed. Gerry was great to communicate with and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We love Beaver Creek

We had a very pleasant stay at Oxford Court 206. The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very good too, basicaly 5min from everything.

Best place in BeaverCreek!!!

We have stayed here multiple times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Love the convenience of ski in ski out and the roominess of the condo! Will be back next year!!!

Perfect Weekend in Beaver Creek

This place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. 2 minute walk to the main village, wonderfully appointed interior, great view of the mtns from their big windows! Appreciated everything!!!

Wonderful in every way

Our family loved staying at Gerry’s place. The pictures were accurate but it felt bigger than expected with the large windows and high ceilings in the living room. Location couldn’t have been better. Ski in/ out was surprisingly available early in the season and the village was an easy walk across the street. We were able to park our extra car in the free lot at the gate. All very easy to do! Would love to stay here again!

Great Location - ski on/off

My husband and I had a wonderful ski week - condo was clean and as described. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home! Easy on/off slopes and communication with owner was very good. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

The property is great. Very convenient location ( 3-5 min walk to Centennial chair) It is clean has all essentials. Even parking is included, which is a huge plus if you staying in the village. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Comfort!

Our family had an incredible stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the village (across the street, and less than 5 min to Centennial Lift), making it super convenient to hit the slopes early. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The balcony’s look at the entrance of the village.The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a great atmosphere, this is it! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Can’t beat the location

Great condo in the perfect location. Comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. Great communication and photos/listing is accurate. The building and condo are dated decor, but it has everything you need in a perfect lication.

Magical beaver creek vacation

This was our families first trip to Beaver Creek and what a perfect location! So easy to ski out to the Elkhorn lift (14) and access the entire mountain. It was easy for us to ski home for lunch too! The condo was perfect- with everything we needed. Gerry was extremely responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location

Very clean, spacious, and location cannot be beat! Elkhorn lift is right there and ski in right to the building from Strawberry. We preferred just getting on the Centennial gondola because it was so close (couple minutes walk) and it was fun being right in the Village with our kids for skating, pizza, etc. Gerry was very responsive and the unit was cozy and welcoming.

Kitchy condo in a killer location

The highlight of the condo is your host! Gerry answered all types of questions quickly and with detail. The condo has a smart lay out with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and super close to the lifts. Really fun vacation!

Perfect ski condo

Clean as a whistle and true to the description. Ski out was complicated by lack of snow (Elkhorn lift closed) but the walk to Centennial through the Village was easy. Ski in was fine - they have a snow gun to keep the route usable! Convenient, well-equipped, and responsive host.

Excellent location. Unit furnishings are dated. Owner gave the wrong code to the garage and fromt desk did not know we were checking in which caused a 30 mins delay. Very short on towels when we arrived in the unit.eventually housekeeping showed up with a bad of wet towels to put in the dryer one hour after check in time. Oven was not clean and had chemical smell so we did not use it.

Awesome Location!

This condo is located right in Beaver Creek village, which as so nice! We could walk to restaurants, coffee shop, shops and right to the Centennial lift. You can also ski right it if the doors to the Elkhorn lift which was so convenient. Gerry was so great to work with. Our travel plans got delayed a day due to weather and Gerry allowed us to change the rental dates for no fee since the condo was open the day we were supposed to check out. He was quick to respond and so easy to work with!

Beaver Creek COMFORT and BEAUTY

I have stayed at 206 Oxford Court many times. This visit I was especially appreciative of all the creature comforts this listing provides.... the jacuzzi tub, the stunning glassware, the washer/dryer, the pool and outdoor hot tub, the proximity to the the Beaver Creek Village with its restaurants and shops, the trails and gondola only steps away, the comfy bedding, a TV in my bedroom, wonderful pillows and couch to snuggle up in... in short... I arrived exhausted and left with a spring in my step...ready to tackle the world

Spring Break!

Our family of three spent spring break - the snow was not the greatest for skiing as we hit a week where the sun was shining and a warm 60*! The location of the condo was perfect for checking out the shops and restaurants - walking distance to everything. Loved having a well stocked kitchen to cook meals and do laundry along with playing Chess! Loved having the parking in the garage, too! Another great perk was being able to screen mirror on the Samsung TV in the living room after taking pictures and sharing with each other on the big screen! Gerry was super quick to respond and fantastic to work with on our stay. Thank you for a great week!

Comfort, Style, Location, Location, Location!

So exciting to find yourself within steps of all that is Beaver Creek. Magnificent skiing, entertainment, shopping, and dining all accompanied by fabulous ambience. This apartment is stylish, immaculate, well appointed, and boasts all the amenities to make life easy, including comfortable beds. Take the elevator from the heated garage to your door in a few seconds where you can cozy up by the fire, watch one of the three flat screens, or just sip a glass of wine. Enjoy the hot tub, as you listen to the creek spilling over the boulders in the midst of a winter wonderland. We highly recommend this property for your Colorado Getaway.

Christmas Vacation Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek! We chose this property because it was close to the mountain and we wouldn't have to drive anywhere. It was great that we just woke up and went down to the ski lockers in the garage to get our skis and we walked out to the slopes. After skiing, there were plenty of restaurants in the village for us to visit and the kitchen at the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The condo was well-maintained. We loved sitting by the fireplace in the condo and spending time in the hot tub and warm pool. Gerry, the owner, was very nice to work with, very attentive and so accommodating. He was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. He worked really hard to make sure we had a wonderful vacation.

Comfort and Beauty in the world’s greatest ski paradise!

This was our third time staying in this glorious condo and we can’t wait to return. The owner has put so much heart and beauty into this property! We love the stunning glassware, the colorful plates and the gorgeous Mountain Decor like the gnomes, the ski pillows and the wooden baskets which help create a wonderful ambience. During this day we were delighted to discover that the owner had just put in a huge new television. Being fanatic football fans we had a blast watching the playoff games on the big screen. Finally we can’t say enough about the wonder of the ski in ski out location. Snapping on our skis and going down to the Elkhorn lift via the Creekside Trail and then returning at the end of the day right up to the back door of Oxford Court. Truly a delight!
