Wake up each morning across from Swan River in the Cape beach town of West Dennis. This newly renovated 3 bedroom/1 bath home, along with an outdoor shower, is perfectly located for an easy beach day. Walk to ice cream, restaurants, and Dunks for your morning coffee. Only half mile (.5) from the family-friendly South Village Beach, you can easily walk or bike for a day on the water.

The home is located on a quiet street across from Swan River, where you can put your kayaks or stand up paddle boards in for a paddle. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened in porch or on the front deck, both perfect locations to start and end your beach day. This home is perfect for entertaining after a day of golfing or enjoying Dennis' beautiful beaches.

Three dining table options; for dinner inside, on the porch, or outside at the picnic table.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a twin over full bunk bed.

Home is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, aIr conditioning window units, washer & dryer in basement, stove, coffee maker, flat screen TV w/ ROKU for streaming, gas grill for your outdoor BBQ's, and hardwood floors throughout. Open floor plan. Linens and towels included. Just bring your bathing suit!

Great weekend getaway!

My husband and our 21 month old son came down to Dennis for a long weekend and this house was absolutely wonderful! Clean, great communication, and the location was great - an easy walk to beaches, close to coffee and restaurants, and right across from Swan River. The house and yard were perfect for our family, updated, and had everything we needed. We loved the screened porch! As we left we were already talking about coming back next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House!

We had a great time staying here. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch which has plenty of seating. House is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Nice bed linens and comfy beds! Communicated with Ben who is a very nice guy and responds quickly. My 10 year old has already asked to go back to this house again!

Great little house, easily walk-able to the beach.

Cute little 3 bed house which felt much bigger than that! Great location to the beach and easily driveable everywhere else. The screened in porch was great, we spent both mornings drinking coffee and evenings eating dinner out there. Beautiful kitchen, well stocked with cooking pans for us to use. Will keep this property in mind for future rental.

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at Love Etta. The home is clean, welcoming, and very homey. Our favorite part of the house was the inviting screened in back porch. Ben responds quickly to any question you may have. We plan to definitely return the next time we return to the Cape.

Our favorite feature of this home is the large screened in porch. Such a great place to start your day with a coffee, or to unwind at the end of the night. The outdoor ceiling fan and shade keeps it cool and the cafe lights are perfect.
