We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is clean and well equipped. The outdoor space is to die for and you can't beat the location. We will be booking this property again for our next vacation.

Great place for our family with two young kids to stay! Perfect location, great backyard, amazing sunroom, overall would highly recommend this place for your Cape Cod vacation.

We had an amazing long weekend. The cottage was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures. Emily was an amazing host. Proactive communcation and when I had a question she got right back to me. Good walkability to food and beach. 5 stars. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Location for a Cape Cod Stay

This cottage was the perfect location; walking distance to the beach. It offered everything we needed for our stay including beach accessories. Property was clean.

Great Family Stay

The house was as advertised. It's a GREAT area located perfectly near everything you want to see!! 4 minute Walk to the family ice cream shop!!!

Cape Cod summer home

Everything was exactly as stated in the property description. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dennis Port.

We had a fantastic stay with our two little kids. The house has that relaxed Cape feel and the area was very quiet yet a short walking distance to ice cream, restaurants and the beach. We used the sun room all day and evening. What a gem this place is! The yard was great and we enjoyed the heated outdoor shower very much. Shed was well stocked for the beach except a wagon or beach towels.

Perfect Outdoor Entertainment Spot

We had a blast in this house. For 6 adults the sleeping situation was a little tight but we were warned ahead of time by the owner so we were totally cool with it. With that being said everything else about it was perfect. The backyard is one of the best entertainment spaces I’ve ever stayed in

Wonderful outdoor living areas!

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated and used the outdoor living areas & outdoor shower. And it's a short walk to the Sundae School! 🤗. The A/C ducting makes some banging noise, but we slept in spite of it.

A Dennis Delight

This cape house was beautiful especially the sunroom. My family of four had plenty of space inside and out. The hosts get it, everything you would need and more provided for you. The location was a short walking distance to the beach and stores. We had a question when we arrived and the host Emily was quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This was a wonderful house to stay at for our last minute wedding anniversary getaway to Cape Cod. Emily responded very quickly to our request and communicated all the details about it very clearly. The family room off the back of the house was the place we relaxed most often, and we also sat out on the deck right outside of it. Very nice, clean and close to a lot of the places we visited during the days we were there.

House was as listed pictures accurate. We loverd the sun room and outdoor space with outdoor shower. Close to restaurants and short drive to beautiful beach(5minutes). Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. beach chairs in shed.

We stayed for three nights at Emily’s place and enjoyed every minute. The house is spacious and comfortable, my teenaged son enjoyed very much the space in the basement. The house is well maintained and equipped with anything you may need. Most importantly, the place is very clean and Emily was helpful and responded promptly to our questions. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful relaxing home! Emily allowed us to check in early which was a wonderful start to our vacation. There is plenty space inside and outside to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the sun porch!! The house was spotless and well stocked with everything that we needed. Cozy beach house

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. We were about a 15 min walk from the beach and great restaurants. The sun room was a fun hang out spot. Emily also provided great restaurant suggestions in the area.

Great location

We had a great vacation at this property. It was a great location, comfortable for our small family. The house had everything we needed and then some. The only thing we didn’t realize was the parking price for Dennis beaches (30$/day; we rented previous properties that were just in neighborhood beaches and never paid). This of course was no fault of the owner. Emily was quick to reply to any questions.
