Charming totally renovated three bedroom cottage located in a great neighborhood within 5 minute walk to a beautiful ocean beach. This cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home. *You will need to provide linens and towels.* Linens can be provided for a $25/bed linen fee, but must be requested before your stay.
ONE DOG ONLY allowed under 40 lbs. $50 -wknds $100-3 nights or more.
Renovated with the true feel of a Cape cottage. **There is parking for two cars only**. A 2 minute walk to Seaview Park that has a playground , tennis courts and walking trails. Walk to restaurants and the famous Sundae School shop for their homemade ice cream. The quaint little town of Dennisport is only minutes away with art studio, antiques, cafes and an organic food store. Come enjoy all the Cape has to offer.

This cottage was so cute less than 5 min walk to the beach. The only complaint would be the uncomfortable beds but that’s expected in a cottage. We had a wonderful week. Suzanne was easy to reach and talk to. Would rent again

Cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very easy to contact and left us a lovely welcome package and wifi numbers. Would definitely stay there again!

Super cottage right near the beach. The place is fully modernized. Good AC. Nice shower. Good well supplied kitchen. Outdoor shower keeps the main bathroom less crowded when coming back from the beach.Washer and dryer worked great. Even beach chairs are provided. The BR with the bunk beds is tiny, but fine for kids. I would not put 2 adults in there.

Girls trip

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this quiet, lovely cottage, close to everything. Host very communicative and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. Loved having the Keurig and coffee for the first cup of the day! Definitely recommend a stay at this cozy gem!

Fantastic Cottage!!

This was a fantastic little cottage with all the amenities of home! Suzanne was very communicative, and we were happy to find a little box of goodies for when we checked in. The place was immaculate, and a fantastic location location short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Girls weekend

This was a weekend planned to get away, just 3 generations of woman for mother's day. The cottage was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Wonderful place just a short walk to the ocean.
