Great place, quite and off the main street.. Enjoyed the stream with a cup of coffee every morning. We will for sure book again.

Great location! Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The decks and hot tub were amazing. This is a great house.

Beautiful location with glimpses of the babbling brook below. Spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen..Easy communication with host management.

The house was stunning! The location was very close to the ski lodge and very accessible via the free shuttle. No complaints and would stay gladly rebook again!

What a lovely home in a beautiful and quiet area! Short walk out back leads you to the river and two Adirondack chairs! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and plenty of space to relax inside. The kitchen was a wonderful space to cook in! And we appreciated the chargers in the garage for our EV! The outdoor decks were awesome with surrounding trees and the sound of the river, but the lack of outdoor furniture/dining amenities and a grill was disappointing. But had a lovely stay in Breckenridge!

Nice property, plenty of space and beds.Quality of furniture and sitting space in the great room is lacking. Sectional is worn and torn. Only 12 dinner dishes and most are chipped. We had to use paper plates. Most of the window blinds don’t work and there’s no patio furniture on upper decks to enjoy being outside and listening to the river.If those improvements are made, we will happily return to this property.

This home was absolutely amazing! It was absolutely beautiful and everybody loved it. It is close to town (about a 5 minute drive) and perfect for a weekend in the mountains.
