Location was convenient to everything you would come to the mountains to see. Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchards were just a short drive. The house itself was very spacious with its different levels and the king beds were very comfortable. Loved the wrap around porch. You’ll enjoy your stay here!

We LOVED our stay here. The location is great as there's plenty to do in the area, nearby, and it's easy to get to. The porches are fabulous for relaxing with a view of the trees after a fun filled day, or sipping coffee in the morning. It's a perfect place for gathering with family or friends as there's plenty of room and something for everyone. Even a game room and TV with ample seating. There's multiple comfortable lounging areas. The beds are extra comfy, and a jacuzzi tub in the top suite! Our only regret was we didn't have more people to join us! Do bring your shampoo, conditioner, and Kleenex though, as those aren't provided. The host was very helpful and provided easy check in information. Do yourself a favor and bring the whole gang here for some local adventures!

The overall experience was good, there were just a few cleanliness issues. One of the beds had hair on it and appeared not to have been changed (downstairs room), in the master bedroom, one of the pillow cases still had what appeared to be make up on it and there were several pills on the floor by the bed, I assume some type of medication left behind by the previous occupants. Everything else seemed to be in order and the experience was good overall.

Jeremy, thank you for your review and highlighting where we need to improve. As you can see from our past reviews, we take cleanliness seriously and have a zero tolerance policy for anything less than excellence in that department. I passed your comments onto the cleaning company and we have refunded your cleaning fee as of today. Also, we now have a new and more experience cleaning team going forward. Thanks again, and we gladly host you again in the future. Jim G

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The management is great and easy to work with. The home was well equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to put darker drapes on the door in the main floor bedroom. otherwise, we hope to come back soon!

Thank you Stacey for the great review! When I was in the cabin yesterday the sheers were covering the windows but the black out curtains were pulled to the sides so perhaps seeming to be non-existent Again, thanks for booking with us and we would welcome you back anytime.
