One King and Two Queen bedrooms. Two Full baths, one with tub, both with showers. Large Kitchen Dining room combo. Large front porch. Fenced backyard for pets. Situated on working farm. HOUSE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, NO LONGER ON A WELL AS OF MARCH 2017. House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm.

Great location and beautiful views

The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Easy access to everything around Lexington and Georgetown.I will definitely try to stay again

It was peaceful place, nice views, however, internet didn’t work, missing some basic things like hand soap in the bathrooms. Cats were pretty annoying kept trying to get into the home and my car. Got in to the home once and my car twice. If you’re a horse person u will appreciate it. If your not a cat person you may find it a little annoying. Glad I didn’t bring my dog as that would have been tough with the cats always at the door.

Relaxing, spacious, and convenient

Great stay at this property - Todd was easy to communicate with leading up to and during our visit. The house is close enough to all things Lexington but far enough away to enjoy some country living. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's great to wake up surrounded by green pastures and pretty horses nearby. Thanks Todd!

Lovely visit

My family spent several day in Kentucky to visit friends and family as well as shop at the summit. There was the perfect house for us and our dogs.

This is the 4th time staying here for The Bluegrass Classic Sheep Dog Trial held annually at Masterson Station. This house is the best! Hopefully I can continue my tradition.

Lexington stay

The house was located on a farm with horses. The house was clean and comfortable and we had a great time with our Kentucky experience. The owner communicated effectively and we all had a great experience. If we are out that way again and the property was availible, we would consider renting again. Job well done.

Great location, house needs some TLC

The house was in a great location for us and it's off the road and pretty quiet except for some road noise. The house itself was okay, but needs some TLC at this point. When we stayed there was a problem with the dishwasher which figured out, but the garbage disposal didn't work and that was pretty gross. Owner said that he would fix that. The second bathroom is a little different. Beds are reasonably comfortable and plenty of linens, but only two pillows per bed, so if you like more, you should bring them. The owner discloses in the listing that paper products aren't included, but we didn't remember that so we had to run out and get some. Our stay was fine, but probably wouldn't stay again.

Property is best for adult groups as limited for younger families. Second bath was adequate for my 21 year old but overall bathrooms a bit limited for larger group. Good location but road to property needs improvement. Property was clean, quiet and worked well with our dog.

Perfect for KHP show

If you're showing at KHP, this is the place to stay. Exactly as advertised; even accomodated our dog last minute. Beautiful farm. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch with the horses in the paddocks. Todd is a very responsive host. We will most definitely be back for our event next year!

Perfect Place to Spend Time With Family & Friends

This was our second stay and it was perfect- close to everything or just a short drive, pet friendly, easy to check in and out, host was always quick to respond, and who doesn't just LoveLove waking up to fresh fallen snow on a beautiful working horse farm in KY? We will stay here again. It really is the perfect place. Thanks Todd, we enjoyed it so much!

Beautiful!!!

They house wonderful!!! The view was beautiful wirh the barn and horses! Very close to the Kentucky horse park and a short drive to the ark encounter! George town was a quick drive to the grocery store! If I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would!!!

Close, Comfortable and Clean

What a nice place to stay when showing at the KY Horse Park. The House is roomy, was completely clean and well organized. Never had to contact our Host since there were zero issues to deal with. We would definitely want to book this house again!

The good...location, spacious, quiet, owner quick to reply to questions Be advised...Old (too soft) mattresses, lots of spiders ('mostly' outside walls and porch) - no surprise due to being on a horse farm; black mold/mildew outside walls (needs painting or cleaning), master BR shares BA with guest BR
