This is the second stay we had at this same property and love it. The area has so much to offer and it’s only 20-30 min away from UK. Great place to stay and the host is always so detailed with everything you’d want to know about your stay and always available if needed. We will continue to book this home in the future. Would highly recommend!

Cozy and welcoming home perfect for 2 couples traveling together. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and recommendations from the host for local "must see's" were spot on. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen is well equipped should you chose to do so. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and stocked well with linens. Arrival and check out instructions were detailed and clear. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Lexington area!

The house is decorated beautifully & in great condition & very clean. The beds were very comfortable & bathrooms were well stocked with paper goods & linens. Do bring your own bath gel & shampoo. The location is perfect for access to freeways as well as to lots of restaurants & our new favorite grocery store, Kroger. If you plan to do much cooking you’ll want to check with Jim beforehand to know if you need to bring a particular small appliance with you. We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house & highly recommend it.
