Centrally located spot ideal for touring/showing/or eventing, at Kentucky Horse Park (1.5 miles away). Close to Keeneland race course and the Red Mile harness track. House is also located in the middle of the main thoroughbred breeding region in the World. Some of the farms close by are Cobra, Castleton Lyons, Spy Coast, Limestone Ridge, Hurricane Hall, Calumet, Spendthrift, Dixiana, Kentuckiana, Far Away, Three Chimneys, Walnut Hall, and Winchester to name a few.

If you are infatuated with the horse, this is the place to be. The self proclaimed Horse Capital of the world welcomes you! Tours can be arranged with prior notice. See sights from the movies Dreamer, Seabiscut, and Secretariat with in minutes of this home. Perfect place to unwind at night after a day at the races (Keeneland and Red Mile). Touring the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, or Thoroughbred Center, no worries 3-20 minutes away.

One bedroom with King bed, two bedrooms with queen beds. One tub shower combination, one large shower only. Central air, flat screen TVand DVD player. Kitchen and dining room. Washer and dryer. Large fenced backyard for your pet or for grilling on our gas grill. House is small in square footage, so perfect for a home base while touring the area.

We have two homes vrbo # 246734 and #492149 located across the street from this home. If you have a large group we can potentially accommodate according to availability!

The house was clean, and had plenty of linens to accommodate our group for three nights. The backyard was perfect for my pooch which was really nice. Communication was excellent when my parents locked themselves out of the house. Great host and property!

House was cute. It was decorated well. The location was perfect for us: away from the busyness of Lexington but convenient to get into it. We went to Rupp and Keeneland easily.

The home was immaculately clean! For anyone looking for for three bedroom with a backyard to stay especially those going to the Kentucky Horse Park this location is the best. I was also able to pull in a goose neck trailer with relative ease into the driveway.Night checks on horses only 5 min max with a great proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. 100% stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for three weeks for a show at Kentucky horse park. Very convenient location to the show grounds and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Three day event visit

Home was clean and very close to horse park. Owner was very responsive. Noise level is extremely load with traffic all night and I have never stayed at a Vrbo were they did not provide any toilet paper or paper towels even when requested

Great rental house close to Red State BBQ and Kentucky Horse Park

This rental house is our favorite place to stay while visiting Lexington/Georgetown area. It has a fully fenced yard so we love to bring our dog with us but there are some loose sections of the fence so make sure you keep an eye on your pets while they're in the backyard. It is very close to Red State BBQ and the Kentucky Horse Park. Close proximity to coffee shops, doggie daycare, shopping, etc.

Fabulous for the Kentucky Horse Park

This lovely home was perfect for our group as we showed at the Park. Quick and easy to get to and from the Park, shops and restaurants. House was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive and helpful. We will look forward to staying again!!

Bourbon Tour

The house was as described, beds were comfy, but some a bit loud when moving around. House had plenty of room for us and four other friends. It was great to have the laundry on site as we had to deal with lots of rain from hurricane Helene. Just remember to bring toilet paper and paper towels with you since those are not provided. Great convient location, looking fwd to visiting again next year!

Great location to the horse show

Everything was fine. There was definitely a lack of Toilet paper. That's really the only thing. I like when the houses are stocked with toilet paper, kitchen rolls and Kleenex. The location was great, the yard was fenced.
