Centrally located spot ideal for touring/showing/or eventing, at Kentucky Horse Park (1.5 miles away). Close to Keeneland race course and the Red Mile harness track. House is also located in the middle of the main thoroughbred breeding region in the World. Some of the farms close by are Cobra, Castleton Lyons, Spy Coast, Limestone Ridge, Hurricane Hall, Calumet, Spendthrift, Dixiana, Kentuckiana, Far Away, Three Chimneys, Walnut Hall, and Winchester to name a few.

If you are infatuated with the horse, this is the place to be. The self proclaimed Horse Capital of the world welcomes you! Tours can be arranged with prior notice. See sights from the movies Dreamer, Seabiscut, and Secretariat with in minutes of this home. Perfect place to unwind at night after a day at the races (Keeneland and Red Mile). Touring the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, or Thoroughbred Center, no worries 3-20 minutes away.

One bedroom with King bed, two bedrooms with queen beds. One tub shower combination, one large shower only. Central air, flat screen TVand DVD player. Kitchen and dining room. Washer and dryer. Large fenced backyard for your pet or for grilling on our gas grill. House is small in square footage, so perfect for a home base while touring the area.

We have two homes vrbo # 246734 and #492149 located across the street from this home. If you have a large group we can potentially accommodate according to availability!

Wonderful place to stay. It was close to family we were visiting and plenty of room for all of us. Fenced in yard was great for the pets.

The property has a fenced back yard, which was nice to have with dogs. It's a little noisy with a busy road on one side and railroad on the other, but the convenience of the location to the Kentucky Horse Park is amazing.

The property was very comfortable and the host extremely responsive. It was our first visit to the Kentucky Horse Park and I can’t imagine many places more convenient than this one. Very easy to come and go from

This property was perfect for our time showing at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house is a convenient short drive from KHP but also close to restaurants and shopping in Georgetown. The beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Nice home! Very close to KYP. Great for those doing horse shows. Bring sound machine if a light sleeper. Comfortable house and beds. We got 3 big trucks all parked in the driveway! Will stay here again.

We stayed for three weeks for a show at Kentucky horse park. Very convenient location to the show grounds and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

House had some great decor for horse lovers. Overall house was clean, bathrooms needed deep cleaning in showers. Minimal amenities for bathroom and kitchen.Back yard was great for our dog!

This is by far the most Kentucky style ranch house available. Overall this house is as great as it gets - and at an amazing price per night. We had no issues. Simple process to book. Super easy check in. Extremely clean. Had everything we needed for a great 3 night stay. Very nice relaxing back yard - within walking distance of some of the best BBQ around. I’m bummed we couldn’t stay longer.

Stayed here for a weekend with friends. What a great hideaway for a remarkable stay. The house was clean and fit our needs exactly. Communication with Todd was great all the way through.

Our family had the best time staying here. The house was so close to all our destinations for our vacation. We had plenty of room to sleep and hang out between events.
