An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and beautiful wooden details offers a warm and inviting space for gathering and relaxing. After a long day on the slopes, guests can unwind in front of the cozy gas fireplace, or enjoy après-ski cocktails on one of the two spacious decks with plenty of seating for everyone!

Preparing home-cooked meals will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and counter space, stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and a kitchen island with bar seating - perfect for keeping the cook in the group company!

Gather for meals and lively conversation at the dining table that seats 4, or in warmer months, fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco on the back deck.

The sloped backyard is enclosed and great for sledding/snow activities in the winter. Ready to thaw out, but still want to keep the fun going? Enjoy hours of indoor fun in the game room equipped with a pool table, a gas fireplace, couches, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a DVD player.
When it is time to catch some well-deserved Z’s, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom three is equipped with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and bedroom four is perfect for younger guests, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a cozy reading nook, and plenty of books to spark little imaginations.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
