We offer a richly decorated, comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom condominium (1150 sq ft). The floor plan is open with a dining area, kitchen/bar area, a large bedroom with king sized bed, and two balconies overlooking the Gulf Coast and onsite pool. Come and enjoy long walks on the beach, dazzling sunrises and sunsets, your choice of beach side restaurant, or step over to Treasure Bay Casino for a little nightlife.

The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is central to everything from Mobile to New Orleans. The condo and building were very clean and the building was secure. The building staff was very friendly.

We go every year at this time to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. After staying here several years ago we have made it a must yearly. The condo is beautiful which makes the location extra enjoyable!

I've stayed at Ocean Club before and can say that it's clean and spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. The only negative thing I will say about Peaceful Breeze is that the sliding glass door to the living room patio had no curtain. This was very disappointing especially at night.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

My wife and I had a couple of free days and decided to visit Biloxi for the first time. We enjoyed the area, very good food. While we were there, the places were not crowded. The condo has a nice pool area, nice staff, beautiful room with really nice views of the ocean. We really enjoyed our short trip!

It was a very nice condo and was very clean. The only issue was that there were only four bath towels and the property manager did not send more when requested. Laundry facilities available in the condo but not enough towels for six days.

Nice Condo Complex

Great location and very nice property with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The property owner Jeff is very attentive to your needs and concerns. He was attentive to your needs and concerns and gave very prompt answers to any questions and concerns we had.Biloxi is a great place to visit, and this unit is in a great location. It also a very nice pool that is seldom very crowded. It also provides great Weber grills for cooking out.

50th anniversary celebration

My husband and I wanted to do something special for our 50th wedding anniversary and chose to stay at the Jeff Laikam residence in Biloxi MS. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well in it. We are both tall and the couch was not too comfortable for tall people because of the low back rest and I don’t think I have ever seen a 16“ toilet seat height in my life except maybe in kindergarten schools. Not our preference but we managed. Regardless, we could not have picked a nicer cleaner place to stay. I love to cook and the stove looked almost new and it did well on the stove top as well as the oven. The pots and pants should be replaced, they were not flat enough for the glass top stove and can break the glass top if not careful. I picked the best looking ones for our meals. I even found a slow cooker which we used as well. Even though we had quite a few rainy days we still made the best of it. We found some nice restaurants, seafood markets, and shopping and Jeff’s Ringbinder helped but could use some updating. We were impressed with the power back up during the storm which helped us get around safely with limited lighting. We also loved the security in the building. I feel confident that no one can get into the parking garage or building unauthorized which made us feel safe. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Winter escape

The day after we arrived 6 inches of snow fell and the temperature was 27 #egrees. Worst weather in over 60 years. Ba k home in St Paul the temperature w!as minus 17 degrees with a wind chill of minus 45 degrees. Great escape.

Stayed here for our 50 Anniversary, the condo was beautiful and clean everything we needed even coffee and filters, balcony with beautiful sunset views, loved this place will be coming again if we can

Amazing !

We have stayed at the property for the last 4 years! We enjoy our stay each year! The property is always clean, safe and has an amazing location. Morning coffee on the balcony and relaxing sunsets in the evenings. Host is always helpful and available.
