Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house! It had plenty of space and was a quick two minute walk to the beach. The pool was great! The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place with excellent beach access. The pool was nice, but, has a serious ant problem, which property management attempted to resolve with a can of ant spray, however, after spraying the few ants we could see, millions erupted from under the pavers around the pool and my daughter was too scared to be around it anymore.

Down side very worn floors,entry smelled of pool chemical. Pool company came unannounced 3 times in one day ? Lots of beach service add ons .

We appreciate you bringing the flooring condition and entryway odor to our attention, as this is not the experience we aim to provide and will be reviewed with our team. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pool service visits. While routine maintenance is necessary to keep the pool safe and clean for our guests, we understand that multiple unannounced visits in one day can be disruptive, and we will work with our vendor to improve communication moving forward. Thank you again for your input—it helps us continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience.

Fall Break in Cape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience at this property. The house has a great layout, the location is excellent, the outdoor porch is a nice feature, and the short walk to the beach is a huge plus.Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, which we certainly understand is beyond anyone's control. However, the rain highlighted a drainage issue, as portions of the driveway and carport remained flooded throughout much of our visit. Some regrading around the property would likely help address this.There were also a few areas that could use attention:Living room furniture: The furniture is noticeably worn and could use replacing or updating.Outdoor seating: The cushions are worn and appear dirty, detracting from an otherwise very nice porch.Cleanliness: We found some silverware that had not been properly cleaned. We suspect the dishwasher may not have been run after the previous guests, as we noticed detergent still inside when we went to use it.Despite these issues, we enjoyed the property and would consider renting it again. However, given the current condition of the furnishings and the drainage concerns, we don't feel the rental rate we paid fully reflected the property's condition. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent rental and a much better overall value.

The home is in great shape, has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space and a great. location. The grounds a well maintained which allow an area for children and pets to play.
