Ski Run Condo. Closest unit to the hill! Awesome location for winter & summer!!

This is a studio condo that sleeps 4 people. You'll find a queen size Murphy bed that you can fold away in to the wall and a fold out couch with a temper-pedic mattress for comfort. It's a bottom, end unit that we completely remodeled when we bought it. We have converted the wood burning fireplace into an electric fireplace, just use the remote control. We have added a 'kid friendly' propane heater that is safe to the touch. There is an easy access storage closest outside for your equipment.
We have outside seating to watch all of the summer and winter events that happen on the Angel Fire Resort ski hill...from mountain biking and hiking to skiing, snowboarding and the tubing hill, it's right all below you. Did I mention the wild life? There are elk and deer everywhere, we are surrounded by a dense forest so you may see a bear or two!
This kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a dishwasher and a full sized stacked washer/dryer, tons of pots, pans, glasses and dishes. There’s crockpot for the easy meals and a coffee pot with filters.
Come up and enjoy our condo, you'll love it as much as we do!
(FYI: We provide 2 extra rolls of paper towels, 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and coffee filters. You'll need to bring the rest, your spices and coffee.)
