The full kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and both drip and espresso coffee options, with a dining table ready for family meals or game night. Rest well in a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed beside the hallway bath, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility and incredible views of the marsh. Enjoy fast Wi Fi, smart TVs, central air, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests have full use of the condo, balcony, and pool, plus free parking for one vehicle and simple self-check-in with keyless entry. Only 1 vehicle is permitted and must have a parking pass displayed at all times. Towing is strictly enforced. Pets are not permitted.

Please note that this 3rd floor walk up condo is waterfront on the marsh, so the surrounding area may experience flooding during heavy rain or high tides. Your safety matters to us, so please watch for SCDOT signs nearby, which provide current notices, detours, and helpful guidance.

The pool area opens April 1 and closes November 1.

Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
