Location is great - in walking distance of several restaurants and a Walgreens. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. This was our third time staying in one of the townhomes at this location. We obviously love it because we keep coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here. There were a lot of options for food within walking distance. Communication was quick and check in was easy. As the description states there is noise from the street but they do supply noise machines. Close to Churchill Downs and the Slugger field which is where we went. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We had a little snag with getting the arrival information that contained the gate code and door code. However, the host was very responsive and we got in. It is a little confusing to find the parking area, since gps will take you to the front of the building but access is in the back. We loved the area. Restaurants were an easy walkable distance.

Host canceled our reservation 3 hours before we got there. 600 miles from home and had to find a crappy hotel with 2 rooms and everywhere was stupid over priced and not very clean. Booked this 10 months in advance and never even got a heads up it was going to get canceled until we were almost there. Greedy host probably got more than double for it after canceling us. I would not recommend this host at all.

It was a very nice stay. The location was excellent for walking to pubs and restaurants. We did not mind the city noise as we were intentional about staying in the city. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay in one of his properties again.
