Ambience, location, furnishings, parking are the top four priorities when searching for the perfect vacation spot. You found a hidden gem!! This is two blocks from the beach on a less than busy street. Tucked away close to the seawall with restaurants and bars within two blocks. Side porch off the living room is perfect after a long day at the beach and there is a rear deck and side patio with a shower to rinse after coming home from the beach. GVR13386

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Allows one pet with a (non refundable pet fee $100)
The backyard has a fence at the back, it is not fully enclosed
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

This place was so cute, clean, and organized. We would rent it again without hesitation. Everything was well organized from the amenities in the house to the check in and out process. 5 minutes or less to the beach, pleasure pier, restaurants, and shops. Easy to just park the car and walk everywhere. Be sure to bring your own coffee (1 pod provided) and oil for cooking.

Our stay in this phone was good. It's really cute but it's a lot smaller than it shows in the listings. But if you got like six people or more it's pretty small cuz the sofa bed is very uncomfortable but it is a cute little home. Got a cute little area outside for sitting and barbecuing overall. Very enjoyable trip. We did enjoy it. It was comfy and cozy and cute right close to the beach. That was the best part. Thank you for having us. Hope to book with y'all again sometime in the future

Very disappointed with the surf shack. I stayed there for 2 nights and had no hot water. I called the management company but nothing was done. The thermostat was so complicated I could not turn on the heat, so I had no heat for 2 nights. The front couch had stains on it and the shower floor was very old and cracked. Did not enjoy my stay there . The good point was that the house is very close to the beach, about 4 blocks away.Thank you, AL

Wasn’t impressed with this stay. The photos in the listing are deceiving. It’s not two bedrooms it’s more one bedroom with a “closet” room with a shaky cheap bunk bed and 0 doors in either “rooms”. There are no curtains anywhere so the sun shines in a 5am. The place can definitely be updated to be more clean and accommodating. There was no coffee pods for coffee in the mornings. the kitchen sinks water pressure is terrible. The side door in the living room we could not get open so we couldn’t enjoy being out on the front patio. It got super hot as well during the day inside even with the ac being 69. For over 800 for two nights (mind you check in is after 4, and check out is at 10 am.) I’m not impressed at all. I know it’s July 4th weekend so prices are high for places but we weren’t impressed. Would have rather went to a hotel and been more comfortable.

The only positive about this place was it was close to the beach. From the very start the lock pad did not work. We were given the wrong code, and when we called they couldn't give us a correct one. The house is very small. It says 2 bedrooms, I would not all this a 2 bedroom house. There was one room you that had a very shaky bunkbed, you had to go through the bedroom to get to it. There are no doors on either "bedroom". The window would bang loudly every time it was windy. Waking us up from our sleep. The cold air came in from the outside due to windows not being sealed. The shower is terrible. It is tiny. I was unable to shave my legs without cutting myself multiple times. The pullout bed was disgusting. The tree in the back/side yard drops so many berries and seed, you can't enjoy being out there. They were all over the ground, chairs, and our shoes every time we went over to the area to let the dogs out. They are also toxic to dogs. The pictures show paddle boards, you are not able to use the one there, as it is locked up. They table is a patio table with 2 chairs. This place may be ok for two people, but I would not put more than that in here. This is not a place we would stay again or suggest to any friends or family.

There was dog hair everywhere, especially on the chairs and couches which were also stained. The carpets were stained as well and felt like the place hadn’t had a proper cleaning in a long time due to my feet being dirty just walking through. Did not have hot water..forcing we to put my wife and daughter into local hotel. The problem was fixed the Friday / day before my stay ended…The replacement of the water heater should have been done before my families arrival…thank you
