This adorable tiny home was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and well equipped; the location was convenient; and Amanda was very responsive with our communications.We loved greeting the day on the deck with our morning coffee.So lovely.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The house was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Communication with the host was easy from start to finish, and everything was exactly as described.The location was perfect for exploring the area—just a short drive to the Virginia Creeper Trail, excellent hiking, and everything Johnson City has to offer. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-located place to stay.

Wonderful place! Perfect for a couple and dog friendly, I love that it had dog bowls and French doors so the dogs could watch outside. The bed was comfy and even though it’s right off the road, inside we heard no cars going by! Definitely will stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area and Amanda has thought of everything. It was super clean, neat and ver comfortable.

Amanda is a responsive host, the place was clean and probably the most well equipped I have ever stayed at. And that is saying something. Really great stay I would definitely come again.

Absolute awesome place to stay for my daughter and I visiting my son at ETSU this weekend for his birthday! Super comfy and close to the campus! Would definitely give 5 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Johnson City!!

This place was a perfect place to stay for us to drop off our daughter at ETSU. It is extremely close to the college but also private. We stayed 2 nights. We ate at a restaurant, went to a park, and took a hike which were all recommended by the host that were all excellent! The place is adorable!!! It is very clean and has everything you possible need! I love the soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the shower!!! It is decorated so beautifully!!! The front porch is nice to sit and drink coffee. The bed is comfy!!! The kitchen is nice with coffee pot and dishes. Overall, top-notch experience!!! We look forward to staying there in the future!!!

This was a quick trip. While i didn't use the laundry or the kitchen, the property was lovely, just what I needed. The communication was prompt and thorough. Highly recommend.

House was so cute and big enough for 2 adults and our dog. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were so helpful to us as we had been traveling for almost a week. Extremely convenient to our family and easy to find. Would definitely stay again! Host was so accommodating during the big snow storm too! You will not ne disappointed here!

The location is perfect—close to ETSU and downtown, yet still peaceful with a cozy vibe.Check-in was easy and smooth, and the amenities were better than expected. Everything was well thought out and made the stay feel effortless.This place is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable weekend getaway or even a longer stay with no disturbances. I would definitely stay here again.
