We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, dog friendly, greet grounds with river access. We'll definitely consider staying there again when we're back in the area.

We were a party of five adult men, occupying two cabins, fishing for three days on the Watauga and South Holston rivers, so this was a perfect location. We cooked our evening meals at Sycamore for three nights, and the kitchen made it easy.

This was our second year spending the 4th of July in this cabin, but we have stayed in other units several times. Always such a pleasure. We can’t wait till our next stay.

It is a very beautiful and relax stay. I recommend to read tva paper on fridge so you are aware of water rise for swimming. I love the quick response communication from owner. Check out was very simple and easy.
