Come experience 'Grand' living within this resort-style community in your home away from home! This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free home is near many of the Grand's amenities. The community boasts beautifully landscaped courtyards and cascading waterfalls that provide a serene setting to mingle with neighbors and attend community events.

The Grand offers four championship golf courses (Cimarron, Desert Springs, and Granite Falls North and South) that were designed by PGA Hall-of-Famer Billy Casper and renowned golf course architect Greg Nash. You will also enjoy relaxing and getting pampered at the full-service Cimarron Day Spa. The spa provides custom packages, massages, facials and body treatments.

Professional baseball spring training facilities are close by. Enjoy the Cactus League with teams such as the Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals.

There are indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities, an indoor walking track and dance and exercise studios. Just purchase activity cards at the Welcome Center for reduced (resident) rates for golf and access to the activity centers and pools. The activity centers have several group and club activities to participate in. Additionally, there are tennis, pickle ball and bocce ball courts.

Please note that the Grand is an age-restricted community; One renter must be 45 years of age or older. No occupants under the age of 19. A minimum 30 day lease is required. Months January through March must be booked concurrently. Being the high demand season, these three months must be booked together.

Very comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Living room furniture was wonderful. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. Really enjoyed having seating areas in the front and back of the home.

Home away from home is a perfect description for this property.

We have stayed at this same location several times and have NEVER been disappointed. The home is very comfortable with indoor and outdoor areas for relaxation. It is completely stocked with all the utensils and gadgets we need to cook and entertain. Shopping for food items is close by and diverse. We enjoy taking the golf cart to visit friends, shop and dining in the area. Friendly neighbors but privacy if that's what you want. The location is safe, quiet and Sun City Grand has lots to offer as well as beautiful scenery. The owners are continually making improvements and updating the property. Owners, Shawn and Heidi, are great to work with and always accommodating. They make it very easy to schedule our stay. We certainly will return again!

Home Away

Shaun and Heidi's home was extremely nice, very clean, and more than adequately furnished and stocked! We cannot think of one thing that wasn't provided, we were more than comfortable in their home, and totally satisfied with our time there! We had a blast!

Lovely get-away in a quiet home and great neighborhood

My husband and I were delighted to stay in this house. Everything was functioning well, and there was adequate stock of paper/plastic products and the necessities for cooking and eating. The shaded back patio was super for breakfast outdoors. Lots of linens. We especially liked the split bedrooms. The family contact person was easy to work with and prompt to respond to calls.

Amazing

Beautiful location. Golf, walking, pool, and fabulous hot tub. Also nice to have your mom and dad there to answer any questions about the area. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Fun having a golf cart to drive around and check things out. A Grand experience!

Very comfortable home

This was a very comfortable home. It was clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. There were also a lot of seasonings for cooking, which was an added bonus. Loved the location as it was close to both rec centers. The property owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any problem that came up. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and having lunch and dinner out there. The bar BQ grill was great. We love being "snow birds" in Sun City Grand and hope to do it again next year.

Livable

This home is a lovely and very livable vacation rental. It is nicely furnished and equipped with a very spacious and open floor plan. This was very nice feature for my wife who must use a walker. A few more basic dishes would allow more efficient use of the dishwasher. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend it to others

Grand the 2nd time around

We liked it so much, we couldnt leave without buying ourselves our own 3 bedroom place to return to in the fall as snowbirds

Light and bright

Perfect spot for our winter escape. Everything needed is provided in the home plus it has great access to all the wonderful amenities of Sun City Grand. A golf cart is included which is perfect for two active people with one car. We've returned to this home for several years in a row and have loved every single visit. The owners/managers are very approachable and wonderful to work with.

A good value

This is a well furnished and comfortable home with a nice back patio and dining table/chairs. Kitchen is well stocked. Be aware however, that it is located is on a busy street and you will heavy traffic during the day. Quiet at night however. Property managers are responsive to issues that arose during my stay and are nice people.

Home away from home!

This property is so comfortable and and well supplied. We enjoyed the location in a 55+ community and all of it's amenities. Having the golf cart was a bonus! We look forward to our stay next year!

Grand experience

Great home with everything we needed including a golf cart which came in very handy as we golfed...a lot. It was our first time to Sun City Grand which was very enjoyable. Four golf courses near by plus the choice of two rec centers both a short distance away from the home. Shawn and Heidi were excellent to deal with and made the whole booking process very straightforward.

Very nice property in a senior environment at Sun City Grand.

Nice quiet location. Well equipped. Overnight guests were very comfortable. Owners were responsive and pleasant. The Sun City Grand amenities are really spectacular including golf, pools, pickle-ball courts, and work out facilities. Even played bocci ball. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Hiking very close by. Lots to see and do here.
