We loved our five-week stay. The house was clean and well stocked to meet standard needs. We made use of the gas grill and enjoyed both the back and front patio. Renee is a good communicator.

Moved to Arizona

Renee and Dwight have an immaculate, peaceful property. We moved from Alaska down to Arizona, talk about stress! But we do enjoyed our stay; a place to relax at the end of the hectic days. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent Hostess!

Renee did a tremendous job, meeting us at the house, and ensuring the home was immaculately cleaned. We had a problem on Christmas Day, and she returned our call within one hour, and arranged for someone to come the very next day. She is definitely a 5 Star hostess.

Good clean property

Good option for dog-friendly within SCG. Walking distance to the Adobe Rec. Centre and all the activities at Sonoran Plaza. Well-equipped with all that you would need. Renee was responsive if we wanted anything.

Renee has been an incredible host, helpful in every way. The house was spotless when we arrived, equipped with everything we needed. We would choose this home again and highly recommend it and the host.

Unplanned trip

We made a quick trip to help some loved ones. Our stay was three weeks, and it was very warm this time of year. But, we were able to enjoy the respite of the day at Renee's wonderful home in Sun City Grand. She's a very nice host.

Home away from home

I was lucky to snag a month-long rental in this nice house while I was in the area for work. The owner gave me privacy but yet made sure I had everything I needed. I cooked a few steaks on the grill and sat outside on the patio many beautiful spring nights. It is a great house that is located in a beautiful development not far from major shopping and dining areas.

Desert breeze home

We thoroughly enjoyed our months stay at the house of Renee and Dwight . They are both so friendly and accommodating. We have never had a rental that was so well stocked and organized. We would highly recommend this rental to any snowbirds looking for accommodations Thank you Renee & Dwight 😀😀

Wonderful trip

Renee was a pleasure to work with from the booking through our leaving. She is attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Meeting us at the house the night we flew in was invaluable. We knew where everything was and how it worked. The house is immaculate and has comfortable furniture. There are plenty of sheets, towels, and cooking items. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the citrus trees are loaded this time of year! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would rent from Renee again.

Renee was Exceptional. Home is perfect.

Renee was extraordinarily thorough and helped me feel most welcome when I arrived. Throughout my stay, she was always always pleasant and immediately responsive to address my every question all the time ... there were no problems and only a few questions. In short, the home is well equipped, clean, neat and tidy. Almost everything is in like-new condition. Despite being in perfect condition, she continually wants to upgrade little touches here and there. Convenient to all facilities in Sun City, it is ideally located close to Shopping, golf, sports facilities, hiking trails and virtually anything else that you would want. You can be as active or as relaxed as you want to be In this quiet location. It makes for an ideal vacation spot and/or retirement home. Maybe the strongest recommendation is that I want to come back again.
