A technician was sent to the property to inspect the cable box, which unfortunately turned out to be faulty and required replacement through the provider. While this process took longer than expected, our team coordinated with the owner and service provider to resolve the issue. Regarding the kitchen items and lighting, replacements and maintenance were scheduled and completed during your stay once they were reported. We appreciate you bringing those items to our attention so they could be addressed.
