Host was amazing, excellent communication. Beautiful apartment and building! We just loved our stay here. Close to walking trails, parks and downtown. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again! Our pups loved it too!

Cool vibe being in a revamped old mill building. spacious, bright, clean, great parking, short drive to downtown, I woul enjoy visiting again.

Great apartment! Super clean! Stunning, nice and bright living room, library and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms don't have windows, but we thought that is just perfect - the less light in the bedroom the better :) The location of the apartment is great - there is a very good restaurant and wine bar right there as well as an amazing climbing gym. We were able to charge our EV at the property, which was fantastic. Very nice and responsive host. We are planning on coming back soon!

We had a great stay and truly loved the place—it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect, and we even found a fantastic nearby restaurant. Definitely try the crab rangoon pizza—it was a highlight! We’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and the property is beautiful. It's location could not have been better - close to downtown but enough removed that there was ample parking. We absolutely will stay here again!

Beautiful new loft in a historic, restored mill. Great location-5 minutes to downtown Greenville. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and safe. Very good communication with the host, with very quick responses. Not right in the thick of things (i.e. Main Street) but so close that we didn't mind, 5 min to drive anywhere we wanted to go. very convenient for a family with small kids. very affordable compared with hotels on main st. directions to get in were a little confusing but we figured it out. our original apt had issues with the AC, but the host detected this and switched us to a different apt prior to our arrival, which was thoughtful and saved us the hassle of finding that out. overall we were very pleased.

Our family trip to Greenville became a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. The biggest letdown was the host’s unwillingness to help or resolve the problems.The dryer was broken when we arrived, and the host already knew but never told us before our stay. This was a major inconvenience for our family. Knowingly leaving us without an advertised amenity, without warning, felt dishonest and inconsiderate.On our second day, the HVAC stopped working while outside temperatures were above 80F. We were extremely hot and uncomfortable, yet the host never sent anyone to repair it. Instead of arranging help, they asked us to leave and offered just 50 for everything we had endured. That response felt dismissive and unacceptable.There were other problems: the building code didn’t work, pet hair was throughout the apartment, and my daughter had an allergic reaction. Despite being advertised for six guests, my mother had to sleep on a couch that didn’t pull out.The host’s communication was rude and unhelpful. We spent precious family time trying to get assistance and finding another place for our final night. The refund offered for that unused night was far less than we had paid.We understand that equipment can fail. What we cannot accept is withholding a known problem and then failing to address another serious issue during our stay. We felt abandoned as guests and would not stay here again.

Beautiful loft. Soaring ceilings. Separate study/work area offers function & a very cool vibe. Exposed brick is amazing. All rooms are sizable. Huge closets in bedrooms. Secure and quiet building. Complex offers lots of amenities, including a couple of restaurants. Neat place to stay, especially If you appreciate old architecture!

The property was just beautiful. We were so comfortable. The whole place was nicely furnished. The kitchen only needed salt and pepper (though I understand why they didn’t have them), a colander and a cutting board. They did have plenty of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent to last for our stay. The owner was always available for questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. I am already planning on my next trip to Greenville and as soon as I have definite dates, I’ll be checking to see if this apartment is available.
