Apartment furnished with care and elegance, very cozy and equipped with every comfort.
It is a sunny apartment overlooking the Basin of San Marco with the stunning backdrop of the island of San Giorgio. It is located at the beginning of Via Garibaldi the perfect place to get carried in the '' real '' life in Venice, surrounded by the scents and the liveliness of the shops.
Supermarkets and discount stores nearby, Winery, greengrocers and fishmonger at hand
Completely renovated, it features un'introvabile terrace of 20 m² for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment also allows you to have some privacy because the two bedrooms are quite separate.

Absolutely stunning stay at the Penthouse in Castello, Venice. The view was gorgeous, easily one of the highlights of our trip. Patrizia was wonderful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. And unlike many rentals, this place was fully stocked with everything we needed, so we never had to run out for basics. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable and beautiful home base in Venice. It exceeded our expectations.

Very clean, very comfy, and of course the view!!!! I would stay here again. Best location for being close enough to sites, but with a calmer feel.

Perfect spot away from the heavy tourists but near enough to walk anywhere. Terrace was fabulous and the restaurant right below apartment was fabulous. Great VRBO and I would def visit again.

The view from the rooftop Terrace was unbeatable! The kitchen and bathroom were modern and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. I would definitely stay here again, that rooftop terrace is everything!

Everything was great, the only suggestion would be to update the decor in the apartment. It is very dated. The view is great and in a great area.

Perfect location

We loved everything about our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lagoon on the upper patio was incredible

A brilliant oasis of calm

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful and clean apartment. All the facilities were excellent. Great rooms and we loved watching all the boats from the balcony. Plenty of local amenities. Patrizia was a lovely, welcoming and helpful host.

Heaven on Earth

What a magnificent place! Just like the listing; great location, clean, comfortable and everything you'll need in one place. When we return, we'll be staying there. Patricia was amazing and super helpful. We enjoyed our trip so much.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very comfortable, great location, and fabulous views. We would stay here again if we return and I would recommend it to others. The street is lined with good restaurants and stores. We could walk to San Marco, then at the end of the day get away from the crowds.

Lovely, elegant apartment in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved this apt. We were able to explore Venice without the crowds, yet we could walk to Piazza San Marco in 10 minutes if we chose. The rooftop terrace with full view of the canal is sublime!

Wonderful for Bienalle

This is a wonderful place - so convenient for the Bienalle and then for everything else in Venice. The outdoor terrace gives marvelous views and is perfect for breakfast and people watching. Everything needed is easily found in the neighborhood. The host provides superb information.

Fantastic apartment - Great location

Lots of room for a family traveling with two teenagers, we love the unit. The location was away from the crowed, great restaurants right outside the unit. The only downfall is that the unit was on the third floor with no elevators but when I got to the patio over looking at the awesome view of the water I thought the clime was worth it.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

After clear instructions on how to easily navigate the journey from the station to the apartment we were met at the door of this amazing location.We were shown through the apartment to be amazed by the size and excellent appointment. Modern, clean but still authentic.Our final amazement occurred when we were shown the balcony overlooking the lagoon. After a short walk to the local supermarket we were enjoying Prosecco and cheese trying to resist taking one more photo.

A Gem in the Heart of Venice.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful location for a week. Sandro and family were so kind and helpful for every possible ask. The apartment is modern, clean and extremely spacious. The location is just outside the tourist area and easy to access and the rooftop patio was absolutely stunning. We loved every minute here and only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back.

The host was not friendly at all. There is a way to talk to people. This was our first time in Italy, and traveling abroad. I was so excited to explore the island. Our checking time online was at 2pm but we could not check in until 3pm. We also ran into traffic and had troubles navigating the water taxi route. We were in communication every step of the way but the host felt it necessary to make really rude comments and made us panic that we may not have a place to stay if we couldn’t get to her in time. I almost cancelled and opted for a hotel, however, we kept our reservation. I was really upset and when we finally came face to face the lady tried to be nice and apologize. She then asked us for tax money and to take pictures of our passports. I know tax was due but she was the only VRBO owner who asked for our passports. Unfortunately the experience was already ruined with her bad attitude so we were bummed. Her bad attitude made the whole experience leave a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. Thankfully, our next VRBO host was so nice and it helped make our experience better for the rest of our trip. The house and location were great. We think everyone will have a wonderful experience staying here, just make sure you don’t piss off the host.

Beautiful apartment with lovely view.

The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's in a secured apartment building right along the lagoon on the Arsenale area of Venice. It's a short walk to the water bus and the square, but the liveliness of the street was amazing! We ate most of our meals right by the apartment (and all with amazing service). The apartment is the top two floors, with one bedroom on each floor. Kitchen was perfectly appointed as was the bathroom and bedrooms. Rooftop terrace is more stunning in person. Watching the sunset, sipping on some wine is the perfect way to unwind. I would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Fine

The property is completely remodeled and a wonderful rooftop , great air conditioning in every room! Patrizia was in communication with us before, during and after communication. We enjoyed the location because we were away from the crowds, but a quick walk to the Basilica and palace. Patricia is also excellent and giving us advice on which taxis to take and restaurant recommendations! Just know there is a lot of stairs to the fourth floor so pack light as there’s no elevator.

Venice Views

The overall experience was wonderful. It was nice to be away from the tourist center yet still have the sites walking-accessible. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Best of all was the view from the roof deck. Only complaint was the first night a group was loudly celebrating at the trattoria below the front bedroom window until late night. The following night was much quieter however. Not something the management could control. We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit.
