Rooms and sheets were very clean .house was big enough to fit everyone staying .air conditioners works really good in the Texas heat!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was great with communicating if we needed help with something. Overall the house was clean. The property definitely needs some repairs..

The pool and the air conditioning worked very well and the highlight of the property. The space suited our needs. But beyond that the house was in great need of repair! Black mildew/mold in the bathrooms, gas leak from the stove, leaking kitchen sink, landscaping needed attention. Fallen tree on fencing, broken boards. The living space above the garage was unusuable due to odor, cockroaches and broken flooring. The property has potential but has not been well maintained.

Host was super responsive! The pool was very dirty when we checked in, we reached out to the host and they sent someone to clean it so we could use it. The house is older but there is plenty of space for a big group. We had 4 families stay here for Spring Break. Location is super closes to grocery stores, the beach, and Kemah boardwalk. The kitchen had almost everything we need to cook meals and BBQ.

The house had more than enough room. It is a bumble bee nest under the cover where the pool pump is and they kept flying around. Some of the ladies were afraid of that but overall we have a great time. I referred this property to one of the ladies.

The pictures are very deceiving. The upkeep needed to be better. The grass was not cut. The smell of the house was terrible, had to by lysol and other cleaning products. Floor boards were lifting , vents coming down from the ceiling. Pool needed to be redone all the way. The only thing that worked was the A/C. The appearance of the house is horrible. There were so many bugs, flying roaches , the house was infested. This house was not luxury at all. On the outside steps it felt like it was about to cave in. The upstairs was already unlock when we got there. The ice maker was not working. We only seen 4 restrooms and had to find the additional room behind what we thought was a bookshelf. There needs to be repairs on top of repair if this is going to be listed on your site. We have rented off this site before and the homes were beautiful and lived up to their description but this one needs to be listed as House of Horrors.

upon arrival we noticed that half of the fence around the pool was demolished or missing. Inside the furniture looked like people could not control their bodily functions while sitting on it. There was also mold growing out of many of the air conditioning vents, and in every bathroom. There was an extension cord running from an outlet above the counter to under the sink, I did not investigate why. The upstairs game room floor was bowing even as my tiny daughter was walking across it, and the flooring looks is coming apart or possibly was never together to begin with. With the fence missing I was unable to let my dog outside unattended and considering the mold growing out of the A/C vents we did not stay. I did not have room to upload all of the pictures of the issues. The Company renting this property has refused to give a refund, not sure what my next steps will be.

Advertised as a luxury retreat. When we arrived in the property this property was not what the flyer had shown. We located multiple areas that were in dire need of repairs. There was several areas with black mold. The grass was not cared for or trimmed. However they did show up, cut the grass. Leaving the pool full of grass clipping, we had to clean the pool. The secondary apt. Has extremely soft floors, smelled like mold with alot of spot areas that havw black mold. The floors were so damaged they were a trip hazard. This property could have been the place in the description if was taken care of maintained. Only one shower was not moldy and low pressure that was in the master where the pressure was so high that it almost hurt. For the cost ofnthe sauce for the time that we had it was a horrible deal.
