Amazing house! Had a ton of rooms for our party of 6 ( 2 couples and 2 singles), and a ton of bathrooms, and great views!

View was great! The house was well equipped with everything we needed with lots of extra towels and linens. Very comfortable stay for our group of 10 adults.

Kenneth was very accommodating to our needs. The check in and check out process was easy. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen could use some more pots, and the den could use some more seating. Overall, my family was pleased and comfortable. The water view was very nice. There was plenty of parking available. This was a great location for our family. We loved that all the rooms were on one level with no stairs. This is a property that I would recommend and visit again.

The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was ready from the moment we opened the door. The place was very clean and tidy. Combined with the beautiful view and great location, we will likely be visiting again in the future.

Safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen...could use some pans. Updated home. Plenty of parking. Nice waterfront backyard.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We are a family of 9. We were traveling from central Arkansas for a funeral. One of our family members is paralyzed and this house had everything we needed to make sure her stay was just as enjoyable as ours.

Tons of space for the price and pretty clean. We couldn't get hot water from two showers, but it wasn't an issue for us as there were only two of us and we didn't bother the owner during the time. I'm sure it will be fixed promptly for the next guests as we notified him about it. We couldn't figure out the microwave and wonder if the start button was broken, but again, wasn't something we cared about. The only thing we really didn't care for was the beds were older spring mattresses and were quite uncomfortable. Gazebo was great in the back for watching the wildlife including the fish jumping!

The check-in was very good. The house was beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our entire group. The house was very clean. We loved our view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The only things that could improve is the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Also more comfortable sitting arrangement in the den. The beds were low to the ground and the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected. Just a little constructive criticism, but we really enjoy our stay.

Unfortunately my review dictates my overall experience with this host and property. Location wise to what and where we were there for was excellent, but that’s where it ends. We only stayed at this property one night due to the hot water heater not working, and not being able to be fixed the next day. The owners of this property have not given us a full refund. They even charged us a full price for a night where we did not have access to hot water. Throughly unsatisfied

A fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey. Everything seems new like the vinyl floor, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms etc. The bonus was a Ping-Pong table which is really helpful specially when staying with the friends for 2-3 nights. We were 4 families including kids and everyone enjoyed a lot with everything available.Kenneth was a superb host, highly responsive, and made the whole process easy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation.The check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were 4 boys and host arranged the 4th ping-pong racket immediately on our request. Along with the racket, they also provided a Popcorn packet for the kids. We were welcomed with the chocolates on the kitchen island..The fully stocked kitchen helped us for cooking food. There is a grill in backyard which is perfect for the BBQ and it had enough fuel. The location was perfect for visiting Space Center, Kemah and Galveston.We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
