Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen sits at the center of the home, fully stocked and ready for groups who like to cook or snack throughout the day. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool, making it an easy spot to gather for coffee while the kids play outside. The dining room seats eight comfortably, keeping everyone connected at mealtime.

Primary Suite

Outdoor Living

Outside, the screened lanai becomes the heart of the stay. The private pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and an umbrella for shade, and the fenced backyard adds privacy for families. ★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

★ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
★ Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone.
