Michael and Ann Marie are wonderful hosts. The property was just what we needed (3 couples). Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and some extras. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. The location was perfect for seeing both the badlands and the black hills.

The hosts were amazing with communication. The house was exactly as described. The house was clean and well stocked. It was a great base for our Black Hills trip.

Great family property centrally located to State and National Parks! Feels like home.Loved the layout with 2 large bedrooms upstairs with the bunk room and another bedroom downstairs. Nice to have dens on both levels as well. Neighborhood was quiet. All the cookware, dishes, towels, shower curtains looked new. We enjoyed the home and highly recommend!

The place was roomy and just the right amount of bathrooms. There was a place to cook and hang out. The weather was perfect for February so the kids hung out on the deck.

This is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. I especially liked the walk in shower in one of the master suites. Many places in this home to relax and spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped. All the tools neded to prepare some great meals, even a grill on the patio. As a person with some disabilities, it was nice to have a shower with a seat. It was easy to navigate to all the sites that South Dakota had to offer. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Overall you need to consider this property if visiting South Dakota

Very clean and well appointed, they had extras such as body and shower lotions, coffee pods, some water bottles etc. Lots of towels. Kitchen well supplied.This was perfect for us, 2 King Suites with bathrooms and 2 other bedrooms. Kids loved the bunk beds. Great mattresses and the walk in shower in the main master was beautiful. Access to garage. No issues with communication or check in. Great location, easy access to town and activities. Highly recommend this place!

We had an outstanding stay at this property with our family of 10. The layout worked perfectly for our multi-generational group. The downstairs suite was ideal for our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 1, 3, and 8), giving them their own comfortable space. My wife and I enjoyed the upstairs suite, while my in-laws had a separate bedroom, allowing everyone to have both privacy and room to gather together.The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Communication with the homeowner was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience stress-free.What really stood out was the owner’s kindness and responsiveness after our stay. Our 3-year-old granddaughter accidentally left behind her favorite stuffed bunny, and the homeowner went above and beyond by locating it and shipping it back to her. That simple act meant the world to our granddaughter and us and truly saved the day.We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for helping make our family trip so memorable!

Property exactly as listed, hosts communicated early and timely to ensure our needs were met. Beds were very comfortable, home was very clean, and many amenities. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill, sitting on the back patio, and usage of the washer and dryer. I picked this home because of the 2 living spaces for our family, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 king size beds. The hosts go the extra mile by posting very helpful signs in key places to help guests find things easily. Loved being able to pull the rental vehicle into the garage as well. Would highly recommend this home to travelers. Easy to access many Rapid City tourist attractions.

Very nice home. We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciate the little things like water in the fridge, a personal note, and well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the quick response to inquiries from the owners. We recommend this property.
