Nice Place for Large Family

This was a very nice place for a 3-generational family with plenty of space for 10+ people to be comfortable. The property was exactly as shown in the listing + very close to all the tourist locations.

Wonderful accommodations

Wonderful property for our family travelling and getting together for Thanksgiving holiday and a funeral. The host was great, communicated often and the property was ideally located and immaculate inside and out!

Rapid City Visit

Our stay was great, we toured Crazy Horse Monument, Mt Rushmore and Rapid City as well as the new homes being built by my son up in the Powder House addition, Lead, SD Wonderful Time!

Great location

This property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within close proximity to the grocery store and Starbucks. Mount Rushmore and the Badlands were an easy drive. Our kids loved the play area and fenced in backyard.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

WE WERE THERE 9-16-24 THRU 9-20-24. WE LOVED THE VIEWS FROM THE DECK AND PATIO BOTH AM &PM. ALL OF THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THIS IS AN END UNIT AND VERY EASY TO GET TO. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT, AND HE CHECKED IN WITH US A FEW TIMES. I WOULD DEFINANTLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Horizon Pointe

Three family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners have provided everything necessary including the most spectacular view. We used the kitchen and found everything necessary for meal preparation. The home is in excellent condition. So grateful I found this location on VRBO which helped made our trip to Rapid City memorable.

Family Weekend

Our first experience with VRBO. Everything was great. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room to spread out. Location was nice for getting to attractions. Would stay here again.

Awesome Place

The Overlook was a great home base as we explored the Black Hills over several days! The house was very nice, with a wonderful play room downstairs our kids LOVED! The view of Rapid City is great and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

Modern family friendly home

We were pleasantly surprised how well the home was set up for toddlers. The high chair, baby gate, and pak N Play were great! Comfortable beds and linens were a plus. We enjoyed the city views and running up Skyline Drive!

Perfect home base for Mt Rushmore and the area

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.
