Comfortable, colonial style home. Enjoy relaxing on the large patio with a view after a day of touring the Black Hills. 30 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and the Keystone area. Close to parks, shopping and recreational facilities. Quiet neighborhood adjacent to Meadowbrook G.C. Garage available for our winter guests. Owner is near if special attention is requested by guests. Weekly and monthly rates are available if desired. Contact host for rates.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay

Place was nice and inviting. Great neighborhood. Owner is friendly and will answer any questions you may have. Will definitely return if we are needing for a family vacation.

Quiet and homey

Excellent, affordable, great location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Location to main attractions was perfect and yet far enough away to slow down. Very clean home, with fenced in patio which was nice for our toddler! Beautifully kept lawn in a nice neighborhood!

Thanksgiving getaway

We met our son in Rapid City for Thanksgiving and our stay was perfect. The house is in a great neighborhood next to a golf course. Everything in the house meets the description of the house from VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could fix a Thanksgiving feast! We would stay here again if we come back to Rapid City.

Beautiful home, great location.

A fabulous property

A wonderful property with everything we wanted, centrally located to all the sites in the Black Hills. Lots of room for all of us. We were most impressed with the cleanliness!

Base for National Parks

This was a great home base to visit all the national parks in the area. The quiet neighborhood was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The house was big enough that even with 7 of us in it everyone could find their own space to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Rapid City

The property is located in very quiet and nice neighborhood. It was well appointed. The host provided ice cream as welcome treat. Had very good communications with the host.

Clean, roomy house

House was clean, well furnished and had plenty of beds. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond. House is convenient to all the Black Hills attractions and local restaurants.

Peaceful retreat

The property was perfect for our family visit. The unit was clean and beautiful. We found the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We visited family locally but also were able to have some quality down time. Highly recommend for a family visit. Appreciated that the host set up the gas grill and there was patio furniture available.

Great Stay

Best property of our trip. Other reviewers have mentioned the dated nature of the decor, but that didn't bother us at all. The place was very clean, very well maintained, and was stocked with kitchen supplies and linens to support the listed number of occupants. The property was on a quiet street next to a golf course, and it was easy to get where we need to be. I would stay there again.

Clean! Sweet, quiet location and great host!

We had an amazing stay! Plenty of bathroom space, wonderful set up for 2 sets of parents and 6 kids! There are even 2 more beds in the basement! The laundry area in the basement was efficient and a blessing! We loved the decor and the high quality carpeting, etc. So many little details that made it a special place to stay! Thank you so much!

Can’t say enough good about this place

We stayed at this fantastic place for a cousins reunion. From comfortable bedrooms, a cozy library, spacious dining room, to a terrific outdoor space this house has it all! This was the perfect place for us to gather. Our host provided timely information-filled messages making this a pleasant and secure experience. Wish I could give more than five stars!

Beautiful Quaint Home

My group stayed at the property for the 84th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Host was very accommodating with requests and was quick to respond back to messages. The home was perfect for the needs of our group of 11 adults to enjoy the rally event. Location is definitely in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Grocery stores were not too far away from the property. House was pretty stocked with things you may also need.

4-day stay, 8-hour drive from Nebraska

Very clean... Multi room large house, full kitchen with a pool table in the basement. Taught my 13-year-old girl to play over our stay, very fun. All the convenance of a city of 80k people and quick access to all the site-seeing. Really enjoyed our trip!

Excellent Location

This property is an excellent location. Travel time to Mt. Rushmore, Sturgis, and Deadwood was within 30 minutes. The owner, C. A. Piper, responded to messages promptly. If you are looking for a family oriented location this is your stop. It has focus on how families spent time with each other. Board games, pool table, and movie watching. Looking to get back quality time with the family this is the place.
