We had an amazing time at this condo. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The best part was all the beach gear provided! It made our trips to the sand so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were beautifully appointed. Clean and comfortable! The pool was just steps away from our room with plenty of comfortable loungers and it was perfect for young children.

We had a great stay in this condo at The Pointe. The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The amenities were so nice, and having a balcony where you can walk right out to the pool was awesome. The host was great with communication, and we definitely plan to stay here again.

Great location on 30A. The property is exemplary in all ways, including cleanliness, pool, restaurant and size of condo. The property is relaxing and comfortable. Communications with the host were superb. They kept us infomed and answered all our questions. I highly recommed this property.

It’s a nice condo! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had an issue with the AC. Mitchell took action quickly. Technician came in to check and could not be fixed the same day. Things happened unexpectedly. Mitchell took care of everything. We moved to an upgraded location and it was perfect for our family! Service was excellent!

My family and I had an excellent stay at this condo. It fit our group of 8 very comfortably. All 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom. The location was fantastic. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping in the beautiful town of Rosemary. Easy access to the heated pool and hot tub, which was perfect after a long day. And out of the many vacation rentals I’ve booked before, I have never had such wonderful communication with the property owner. I received responses to my questions within minutes every time! I definitely plan to return! Everything was absolutely wonderful!

There were 7 of us and the place had more than enough room for all of us. The beach stuff and towels were a plus. My husband loved the fact that we didn’t have to get to the beach early to get a spot. The crowds were not that back. We will definitely rent again when we go back.
