No walking up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool. Walk straight out your back patio, directly into the 12,000 square foot resort style lagoon pool! The amazing location and convenience of this updated, gorgeous ground floor unit, complete with a BRAND NEW custom bunk room, cannot be beat! Located on the East end of Scenic 30A, within walking distance to prestigious Rosemary & Alys Beach. The options for shopping, dining, and enjoying the 30A lifestyle are endless. Park your vehicle upon arrival in one of the 2 reserved parking spaces and not need it again until you leave! Walk to the beach, Starbucks, many great restaurants, lounges, grocery store, and all the shopping this amazing 30A area offers.

Enjoy four interconnected pools, waterfalls and a fountain all surrounded by luscious palm trees (which look equally beautiful lit up at night). Relax in your own private poolside cabana and watch the family in the pool. Private beach access is just a short 5 minute walk directly across 30A. Or if you prefer, there is also a complimentary beach shuttle, with a pick up location right outside your door (runs seasonally).

This overly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit will provide ample space for your family and friends to enjoy a fun and memorable vacation together. 2 King Master Bedrooms, both with their own private en-suite bathroom. One master with a jetted tub and separate shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a brand new, custom built bunk room with a Queen bed and 3 XL twin bunks. Adjacent to the Queen/bunk room is another full bathroom. Enjoy all the updated and luxurious new furnishings, gas fireplace, bluetooth Sonos speakers, xbox gaming system, kitchen island for 7 and a large dining table for 8. The outdoor covered patio is complete with two ceiling fans, comfortable seating and a large dining table for 4.

Lovely Home; Fantastic Location

The home was spacious for the seven of us and nicely decorated. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Very close to the pool with a large patio. We walked to the beach, restaurants and shopping, but there is also a tram. I recommend renting bikes and visiting the neighboring communities. Peaceful community with well maintained landscaping and pool areas. FYI: Maintenance workers started around 7am every morning.

Fabulous Home Conveniently Located

This is a wonderful home! The living space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun for our kids. And the house opens up to a large pool. It is perfect for a family vacation. The house is also very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the beach. You can get to the beach in a 5 minute walk or take a 1 minute tram ride. Alys and Rosemary are both only a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location!

The location was truly perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young children. We've stayed at a few places in this area over the years and I can't praise enough the value of having a unit on the pool. Absolutely no concerns about noise or anything even being so close to the pool!

July 4th trip

This property was amazing! This could not be located in a better spot to access the pool and beach. The owner was so friendly and reached out mid week to check in to see if we needed anything. Everything in the condo was nicely done, and the beds were even comfortable. We will definitely be checking this place out again!

Great Family Friendly Location

The unit is a beautiful place and in a great location that serves families well. The location is great as it’s close to several shops and restaurants, and the unit itself walks out to the pool from the patio. This is super important as the pool is very busy and often all the chairs are taken so you can just use the patio. The unit is great and the area is beautiful, safe, and there’s plenty of access for running / riding bikes. One important note, the beach access enters via a private gate but only allows for a small area to setup your beach chairs / umbrella. The majority of the beach is designated as private and not accessible for use. If you are going to the beach and don’t like sitting eight rows deep of chairs / umbrellas from the gulf, you need to consider this. Otherwise, the location is awesome and we enjoyed our week here!

Excellent!!

Host was very accommodating, location was perfect, and unit was very clean and had everything we needed. - very kid friendly to walk to pool area (no steps for carrying little ones), nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. Pictures of property are very accurate - was actually nicer than expected. Would definitely recommend, we enjoyed our stay!

Time to relax and recharge

This property is absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be better. Wash walk to Starbucks, shopping, and dining. We toured through many of the small towns along 30A and were refreshed to come back to the property, sit with a book and soak up the sunshine. The property was very clean and updated.

Great!

The location can’t be beat! Loved having the pool right outside our patio! Walk to beach is very easy if you don’t catch the tram. Walkable to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Trip

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We traveled with 2 small children and our in laws. It was a huge plus for us that there was a pack n play at the condo so we didn’t have to travel with one. The bunk room was also a huge hit with our 3 year old. She did test out every bed and had no complaints 😂 With 2 small children the location right next to the pool and right next to the tram for the beach was amazing. The owner Laurie is very attentive and checked in on making sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at several locations in Seacrest and this one was our favorite. We will be back.

Great location and space!

This property is conveniently located and has a lot of space! Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was no need for a car or even bikes with this property. The pool did have a lot of rules which prohibited our kids to throw a football and also adults weren’t allowed to have any drinks within 4 feet of the pool. The pool was a large space with multiple pools, so wish they had designated pools for kids, adults, etc with would allow you to relax and have fun. The condo was equipped with a lot of towels but didn’t have any cleaning products, soap or extra paper towels. All of that we had to purchase on our own. It also lacked a vacuum or anything to clean the floors. We only found an old broom and dustpan. The outside area was convenient as well but was filled with mosquitoes so we weren’t able to enjoy it much. Overall the space was large and fit 8 of us well. The location is fantastic! We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay with younger kids!

We have stayed here with our 4 kids (ages between 1 - 7 years old). The unit is absolutely perfect to stay with younger kids. Our kids loved the bunk room, it's very clean and safe. The view on the lagoon pool is amazing; while our youngest were taking a nap the older kids could swim. it's just perfect and we definitely wanna go back. Also Laurie is a great host, easy to communicatie with and she also sent us a message during our stay to check whether we needed anything. We arrived early and we could even do an early check-in as the condo has been cleaned already. It was amazing how flexible they were with the check-in. The neighborhood is also very nice, with great restaurants, live music and a very very short walk to the beach (or you take the transportation which goes every few minutes). The only thing what we didn't like much was the crowded beach. Especially as people put their stuff at the beach around 8am while not being there until at least 11 am. It's a shame! we always went very early to the beach with our kids. the beach was already fully packed with chairs, towels and parasols while only a few families were actually there. But besides that it was more than perfect!

Great Condo

The property is amazing and the location off the pool is perfect for families with kids. The house was clean and everything we needed to cook family meals. My three kids loved the bunk room! The only problem is the pool in this community has a lot of rules, which restricted my kids to throw a football or any ball larger then a golf ball, which for my boys was hard! You also can’t have any drinks outside of a clear water bottle within four feet of the pool… this put a damper on the pool with the adults. Just something to be aware of! But condo itself was great!

Logistic Perfect Paradise @ 30A

Best of both worlds with the largest swimming pool area in the Rosemary Beach / Seacrest area and a short walk or Tram ride to the beach. The property was perfect for our entire family and worked so well for our grandchildren! Just a short walk to the best restaurants and retail too!The owner of the property was also excellent to communicate with and we may be rescheduling for next summer.

Living the Life

This home is perfect! Beautifully decorated! Most comfy beds ever! Clean fully stocked kitchen! Walks directly out to a lagoon pool which is so convenient for little ones and Adults too. Pool Cafe is so handy and has yummy food. Close proximity to the beach, bikes and nature trails. Close shopping. Laurie(owner) was wonderful to check on us and attend to our every need! Love it! Our family just left there and we are ready to go back!

Best Place in Seacrest Beach

We came down for the Digital Graffiti Festival held each May and loved the place and its location. It was a short walk to and from the festival but also had the big resort pool right off the back porch. We loved it. This place is also an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach as well as the beaches. We will be back.

Spacious, Cozy, and Great Location

Laurie's condo did not disappoint. It felt very spacious and cozy and the location was great. We didnt get to use the amazing pool right outside the backdoor due to the cold front, but we definitely plan on staying there again in the future. Laurie was also very responsive and was a great host. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Seacrest getaway!

We had a fabulous time at Hello Sunshine! The community and condo are both immaculate and the location can't be beat. We could easily walk everywhere (including the beach) with our 3 small children without issue. Check in was very simple with the host and concierge made it easy and welcoming. Our kids especially loved the bunk room. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo and perfect for kids!

This condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The bedrooms are very nice and if you’re traveling with kids they will love the bunk bed room! My kids had so much fun sleeping in there and watching a movie at night. I cannot compliment the owner, Laurie, enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. We walked to the beach every day, which was an easy walk. The entry to the beach does have a lot of stairs and there are no alternative entries, so be aware if traveling with someone struggles with steps. This was clearly conveyed to me ahead of time though. The community pool is very nice, if it’s open. It closed A LOT the week we were there, for a minimum of 2 hours each time. Hopefully that gets addressed in the future, as it’s just steps from the back doors of the condo. Overall, we loved staying here!
