NEW on the market, November 2025. Step into the Granger of the mountains! You do not know the beauty that Gunnison truly has to offer until you can sit in this open living room /kitchen and gaze upon the majestic surrounding mountains. The picturesque windows that line all the walls bring the outdoors within. This extremely clean space welcomes you in after your return from exploring

On the main floor, you have a master bedroom with a king bed and its adjoining walk in shower. Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. No shoes or pets upstairs let the plush carpet cushion your feet.

The main floor is concrete and is heated within. Pets are welcome in this area. Please close off the Barnwood doors that lead to the upstairs where shoes and pets are not alowed.

As loverly as the home looks online, pictures truly can’t do it justice. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. Beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for 6 adults and a dog to relax, cook, and enjoy the area.

What a view! Beautiful house with many windows that viewed the mountains. It had all the items we needed for our stay. We loved it and will be back for sure!

This house was absolutely beautiful. The views out of the windows were also amazing. We were lucky enough that during our stay, there were horses on property as well that we enjoyed watching out the windows too. Before booking, I had reached out with a question because the 6 people renting this house, were part of a larger group of 56 family members most of which were camping in Gunnison. I wanted to check and see how close this house might be to the campground to make sure it would be convenient for us to go visit family. They were very quick to reply to my question which I really appreciated.I would highly recommend this place.

It was good for our dog spacewise; however, dog poop and cigarette butts were in front of property when we arrived. Only found three coffee filters for a 5 day stay. Two towels, bleach stained, in main bathroom. No washcloths or hand towels. Limited towels in other bathrooms. Trash dumpster in garage overflowing.

I am so sorry that you found issues when you were there. I wish that I had heard from you even once during your stay because I would’ve taken care of everything. I did not know any of this. There were extra towels and washcloths in one of the drawers. I could’ve told you where that was. I could’ve had the trash taken care of. The last guest that was there I had two dogs, and I guess they smoked as well. Overall this was a great place to stay. It was outside of town a little but in an area that is mostly comprised of farm land. I was worried at first about not being air-conditioned (cooled), but that didn't matter at all. The days were pushing 90 degrees but the house stayed cool and dry. Just open the windows in the morning and get the cool air in and it stayed low 70s all day. Plus there was not any humidity so the comfort level was perfect. Know this - this is a working farm. There will be people on the property tending to their horses at least twice a day (morning/evening). If you want a farm feel, this is it. Kids would probably love it. That being said, when we booked, part of the descrition was "hideaway." It is away from town, but not a hideaway because of the active farming going on. You're not getting away from everyone. It seems private until at dusk a car is in your driveway tending to thier horses on the property. Again, if you're there with your family, you'll probably like the atmosphere. Just not for me. Still it is an excellent property to stay. Plenty of room, seems large, clean, some oddities as with all VRBOs. I thought it was very good deal price wise. I did like the location (minus the active farming). Overall, for a family or group, you'll like it.
