Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, as we always want our guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The visits by the owners to care for the animals in the back pasture and in the pond were brief—typically lasting 15 to 30 minutes in the morning and evening. A dedicated route separate from the guest areas were specifically used to take care of the animals and provide more privacy. After looking back on the rental history, the owners were not even staying on the property during your stay. There were guests staying in the main house during your visit. If there was an issue with those guests, that could have been remedied had you communicated that during your stay. Guests are always asked before any maintenance is scheduled, and you were completely free to decline the request - you said you were going to be gone all day riding dirt bikes and it was fine to enter the property and perform the maintenance. Like many mountain homes in our area, the house relies on natural cooling rather than central air conditioning. We are always happy to provide additional fans or discuss cooling options. You never said anything. We take pride in maintaining our spaces, and we would appreciate more specific details about what you felt was lacking with the showers so we can make immediate improvements. We feel that all of your expectations could have been met had you communicated your expectations during the booking process and throughout your stay.
