An incredibly clean and very nicely renovated home in the middle of Gunnison. We could ride our bikes everywhere. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous home

This was a perfect place for the 5 of us, nearby access to hiking and city amenities in a lovely cabin that felt quaint but very well-appointed! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property

Really enjoyed our stay here. House is beautiful, was left spotless and is very well equipped. We enjoyed sitting out in the afternoon and evenings.

Excellent location for access to the university and downtown - very walkable to either.The inside is nicely updated, nice living room for relaxing. Kitchen is well-stocked.My only minor note that is not positive is the descriptions on listing of the beds doesn't match what is there. We were fine, but I wasn't clear what we were going to have available until we arrived.

I am so sorry to hear that you were confused about the bed arrangements. Here is my wording in the description. Bedroom #1: King Bed (ground floor) | Bedroom #2: Queen Bed (2nd floor)| Bedroom #3: Double Twin Bed (2nd floor). The three bedrooms, comfortably sleep six. In bedroom 3. It is a trundle bed and you have to pull out the second one. Maybe that was your confusion? I wish you had communicated with me when you were here and that way I could help you. Ski Bungalow during Crested Butte vacation

The property was perfect for our needs! We stayed here while commuting up to Crested Butte to ski each day. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. We had fun noticing everything that had been purchased at IKEA, haha. We even utilized the washer and dryer in the basement. The entire trip was so much fun!

Accessing the house was easy. The location is wonderful for ease of getting around town with ability to walk most places in town. The downstairs layout is not great - the “master” bathroom is on the opposite of the house, with several stairs to go up and down - not an easy path to take during the night.

Cute house, MANY stairs that were not super friendly for young children. Beds were incredibly comfortable though! The laundry set up is not ideal, the trap door is terrifying. Great location for quick access to the college/football stadium.

A unique stay Gunnison

This was a unique place to stay and I mean that in the best way possible! The house is a mixture of historical elements and modern comfort with a unique layout. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the house was stocked with everything we needed. AND…we got to share the yard with a family of deer!!! It was amazing to look out the window and see the deer eating leaves off the bushes and then helping themselves to a nap in the sunshine. SO COOL!

Great getaway!

We had a blast in Gunnison again, this property was perfect for our group of 5. The property is cute, very clean, close to everything in town. There are quite a few steps in the home between living areas, I’m sure it was noted in the pictures, but for grandparents with us it was a bit challenging. Also, the main bath is not connected to the main bedroom meaning steps to be navigated during the night.Not a negative, just something to be aware of :)

Clean, comfortable, easy access through the back alley of the house. Beautiful deer bedded down in the yard daily. The kitchen is large and well stocked with a large mud room off the kitchen. There are many places in this home where 2-3 steps are required to move between rooms, other than the main staircase. This requires careful negotiation in the dark. The top of the main staircase has no handrail. The main floor bathroom is off the mud room. A few blocks walk to the grocery store and other shopping and to Western Colorado University. We used this home as our base for hiking in Crested Butte.

This was a perfect place for us. Walking distance to campus and to downtown, and off on a quiet street. A funky remodeled older house, but it had everything, and we especially appreciated the extra little touches, like amenities in the kitchen cabinets (spices, oil, even a blender and waffle iron). Definitely recommended.

This property was perfect for our family. The kitchen has a lot of space for cooking and gathering. Loved the back yard. Great location. You can walk to the store or downtown.

Highly recommend. Super convenient to campus and downtown. Easy parking (up to 3 vehicles). Great space for a family (great kitchen and spacious living room). King bed in master is a huge plus. Host communication was great. Nice laundry setup.
