Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Our visit to Gunnison was wonderful and the property was perfect for our stay. Everything was exactly as it was described, just what we needed for trip to take our son to college. Great communication with Tommy, we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, great shower pressure as well. We will try to stay again if it’s available!

Very lovey place to stay. Comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets and towels. Clean grill. Perfect location. Privacy in the picnic table/grill area. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. We definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! We’re from Gunnison, and this was our second time choosing this cabin while visiting family. It’s extremely clean, peaceful, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and love it. The neighborhood is quiet and the creek/pond always bring cool animals to watch. This year it was geese with recently hatched chicks. The house is always clean and everything in working order. Communication with the owner has always been prompt and courteous. We’ll be back again.

Nice Cabin

My son and I stayed for our annual fly fishing trip. The rental was perfect for us and convenient to Gunnison downtown.

We love staying in Gunnison! This property made it even better. Quiet are and very clean. It’s close to town and the river. We loved sitting by the pond in the back. Highly recommend this property for your Gunnison stay.
